I would mount orange wheels and orange caps on mirrors, but not on this base color, would look better on a white car (like the Mk 3 Leon Cupras before). But then again, I have an orange Ateca ;-) If you're not afraid of the sun, do the details in black, black logos also, maybe black-smoked rear lights, carbon or carbon looking rear wing and side mirrors...
Could you tell me what color is your car? Is it a wrap? If yes, could you tell me the color of the wrap as well? It's very nice, in the future I too would like to buy a Leon and I wish it was the same color as yours.
Thank god Beats Audio has been replaced by Sennheiser in the newer models. Who on earth thought Beats Audio would be a good choice? Maybe for $40 headphones for kids.
Hello there, thanks for the video. I've got my new Cupra Leon 2 weeks ago and i wanted to ask, how do you turned off that annoying start stop system completely?, can you share please?, is that some coding or need some hardware?
@@Driver_88 Thanks, so this is a coding, because with my OBDEleven i can't find this option, and in all forums people telling that VAG locked up many codings on those MQB Evo platforms, with some SFD or something that now it is not easy to code something like it was in the past...
that was for cruising at 100kph for atleast 50 kms - it had a racing line intake, tune and intercooler. Around town I can't remember what it usually did tbh, and we can't cruise at 80mph in this country sadly
Interesting you were previously driving a i20 N, as I'm currently looking to trade my i20 N in for a Leon VZx (getting stick of daily driving a manual). Only thing really holding me back is that infotainment system. Is it really as bad as all the journalists say it is, or do you get use to it when living with the car long term?
I swapped for a similar reason, more comfort and I live in a very hilly congested area annoying with manual, I don’t find the infotainment a problem only now and again with the swapping between phones in the car, everything else has been fine, apparently some updates have arrived to reduce the bugs recently.
@@Driver_88 Thank you for the reply, really appreciated! I was at the Cupra dealership today, and the salesman mentioned there was a software update due for the infotainment system in June. Hopefully this goes a long way to help smooth out the system.
I would never trade in a i20n for this ... The N cars are way more driver focused than this. Grab the i30n sedan if you want comfort and performance, that's if you can stomach the looks. The DCT , LSD, steering , suspension setup , breaks, sound are way better.
@@mharro88 Too late, picking up my new VZx this month! I didn't want another Hyundai, as I was very disappointed by the owners experience. The i20N also had very poor build quality. I wasn't interested in the i30N sedan in particular as I didn't need or want a car that size, and the hatch is bit of a old car now. The Cupra's are also a much nicer car to look at inside and out! A driver focused vehicle like the i20N is not what I wanted again. Daily driving a vehicle like that in traffic is just annoying, and defeats the purpose of that kind of vehicle.
@@killertaxi100 yeah fair enough if you want a daily and not interested in a dynamics / track driving the cupra is probably a better buy if you can stomach the incredibly poor infotainment and ergonomics. It's a comfortable car. I certainly haven't had a bad owners experience with my i30n sedan and had it for a year. So far more reliable than my 2018 golf r.
I wouldn't buy it purely for the VW infotainment system not being backlit. You didn't cover that but judging from the look and watching other reviews that seems the case.A real shame how VW have made such a basic error with this.I think I'd go for an Octavia estate instead and remap it.Nice practice, fast hatch ruined by basics.
How can you not like the cupra badge ?! Its top tier !!!

Magnetic Tech Metallic (paint), I really like it!
@@Driver_88 Thank you!
I came to the comment section to ask for the color :)

So I got mine tuned with a ‘racing line performance’ tune and they can use software to have it default to off.

Can u tell me with what spees u got 6.5l on the freeway 60-70 miles?. And what is the fuel economy on 80 mph or 140km/h. And in the city

Sadly our speed limit is stupid here in Australia, so we can only cruise at 62mph @@sarkishacikian62

You paid $70K and you were "lucky" with your infotainment system?? How did we come to this situation that we just accept that as normal?
slight exaggeration I guess, most people I know haven't had issues, recent updates have helped I hear

I didn't have any issue with the screens at all, but of course this is just one car.
