- Dr. Eleftherios Garyfallidis, DIPY Lead, and creator, Assistant Professor of Intelligent Systems Engineering at Indiana University Bloomington.
Synopsis Dr. Garyfallidis will talk about unsupervised white matter tractography clustering with QuickBundles (QB), minimally supervised white matter tract extraction with RecoBundles (RB), and affine registration of white matter tracts and whole-brain tractograms with streamline based linear registration (SLR).
