I have a salt pool. Does it matter if I use Sodium Dichlor (Leslies ChlorBrite or the Step4 Blue shock at Home Depot) vs the calcium hypochloride? Is it the same thing? Also I have been on the Leslies plan for about two weeks now and it keeps coming back so I want to try this method and there is another channel that suggests quadruple shock, and then double shock and then normal shock dose cycles. Willing to try anything at this point, I have already manually cleaned my filter grids.

When pour the treatment in . Do we run the pump or best to pour and let it sit for a few hours before running???
