My tones....definitely not distorted. Duane Eddy....his sound on all those hots on the Jamie label. Chet Atkins on his Guitar Country LP....he never sounded better. And James Burton and Albert Lee ...always great clean tones. Finally Roy Clark on his Lightning Fingers LP.

I had a Carr Rambler (blonde 1x12)
years ago and sold it thinking I needed a different amp. That one still haunts me. I wish I still had it.

Carr Amps rock - have original Mercury (EL34), the Skylark, and Mercury V (6V6) - all awesome. Just get one.

Mercury v or super bee next? 6bm8 doesn't seemmto be available in Europe, so I hold back buying a Super Bee...
