Nice job man, thanks. Very helpful. Have a '80 Laser with no trailer and moving it around is getting trying. Appreciate it!

I'm building one today for my Butterfly sailboat. I have a bunch of aluminum tubing I was going to use. Mine will be a slightly different style than yours. The cradle strap will be looser so the boat will sink closer to the frame. The frame will look like a T with a handle at the front of the boat. I am hoping to walk the boat back into the water like with a trailer. I then could do the reverse when loading the boat. I enjoyed watching your video! Happy sailing!

Overall good videos although would have liked to see more details on actual measurements and construction. Last vid stopped before water. Are you rolling into the water and the wood is getting wet each time or sliding off to sand first? Our sunfish is really heavy so the load/unload part would be difficult.

Where do you put the dolly when trailering the Sunfish?

Had you tried the Wheeleez wheels they are lightweight the ones close to your wheels from wheeleez is 16.5 X7.9 as its a low pressure balloon wheel which will flatten the sand as you are using regular lawn tractor turf tires which i think is OK. but Sandhopper the electric beachwagon maker don't reccomend turf tires for sand. but if u lower the tire pressure it will work like the Wheeleez wheels do as the lawn tractor wheels are an alternative and are lower priced then the wheeleez wheels. as i would use a alunimum or stainless steel axle if this to be used in salt water enviroments like most beaches. as i believe these lawntractor wheels can fit the Wheeleez canoe and Kayak carts if u get the ones that has the solid tuff tires on it these wheels will work if u have a 3/4 in bore. as these lawn tractor replacement wheels come with either 5/8 and 3/4 axle adapters which are ment to fit most lawn tractor front spindles or the axle of a tow behind dump cart or sprayer that are towed behind a standard residential lawn tractor. these wheels are also ideal for dual wheel conversions on most standard wheelbarrows. its not just lawn tractors like your video there is other applications using these wheels or the wheeleez wheel using your own imagination.

not so easy though to get it on the dolly on the beach like it is from the trailer to the dolly. Also, how's that wood holding up after a couple years? I'm guessing you need some better bracing.
