I absolutely love your workouts. I usually don't leave comments, but I felt I wanted to on your site. I am 61 years old woman and had total knee replacements on both of my knees. One in April and one in June. I feel that your workouts are perfect for me. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication that you put into all of your videos. Thank you so very much!
I used to do this, but my lower back problem and shoulders can't do them anymore, but I did find other exercises that help. Thank you for your great videos!
You may find you can after working on and strengthening your core with standing abs workouts. I never thought they worked til i did a workout from Sheila consistently and watched my core strengthen. I also did her leg squat video and that also helped a lot. I can now do her weight videos which i couldn’t before. Mind you this is over the past 2 years consistently, at least 3 times a week .
Thank you for taking the time to comment Nelida. I'm so happy you've found exercises that work for you. Keep listening to your body and stay fabulous! ❤️🌸
I enjoyed the workout! I like the Russian twists to give yourself a little break from the plank. I will have to build up to doing the arm and leg moves but for now doing just the plank and Russian twists is a good start. I could feel my core tightening. Thank you!
I encourage you to take a look at these free resources for guidance... fabulous50s.com/fit-and-fabulous-over-50s-guide Stay strong and fabulous Ana! ❤️💪
Did this one this morning. Used weights for Russian twists, will up them next time. My core strength is getting better all the time thanks to your videos Schellea! 😊
@@Passion4God238 I suggest open your legs enough to really balance on your toes and concentrate on keeping your core still. It's obviously a Full Body exercise
You got this Judi! The effort you're putting in now is helping you in more ways than you can imagine. Start where you feel comfortable and build from there 💪🌸
A real challenge for the New Year. If like me your wrists are tight with carpal tunnel syndrome, try turning your arms out with your hands at an angle.
New subscriber. Any tips on gaining weight? The "flu" four years ago wrecked my stomach and ability to eat right and gain weight back. 66 years old, 90 lbs. I really need to gain weight.
I have tried shazaming your music, but it does not work, how do I find it, I drive long distance to shop, and would love to listen to your uplifting music to drive with!❤
Schellea ❤❤❤ Always excited to do your workouts...However I have a weak wrist in my left hand..( A distal radius fracture 6 years ago 😢 ) is there a modified version of these planks?
You can modify planks by performing them on your forearms (check out this beginner challenge here: th-cam.com/video/yKoPxCsVknQ/w-d-xo.html) or even by doing them against a wall at an angle. This takes the pressure off your wrists while still engaging your core. Another option is to hold the plank for 3 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, then gradually increase the time as your strength builds. 💪 Always listen to your body, and remember to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.
a have a small tear on my rotator cuff, I wonder if planks are ok to do? I have a weak core and i’m slowly incorporating weights doing the 30 min workouts you have too.
There are modifications you can try to make planks easier. You can find the beginner challenge here:th-cam.com/video/yKoPxCsVknQ/w-d-xo.html However, it's important to always check with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine to ensure it’s safe for you. Listen to your body and make adjustments as needed.

This reduces pressure on your wrists while still targeting your core. You can also try holding the plank for 3 seconds and then resting for 10 seconds. Can i do these planks on my fore arms instead? I have arthritis in my hands and it's painful to hold myself up that way.
