    I've been doing D3 5,000IU and 200mcg K2 MK7, because I thought I wasn't taking in enough K2 MK7 to my D3! I was worried about calcification in my arteries (no tests done, just paranoid) and sudden increase in dental plaque behind my teeth. Probably unrelated to my D3 K2 intake, haha? I will try the 10,000IU to 100mcg (it will help me save money, by not having to buy more K2, haha). Thanks for your help Dr. Jawad! Because of you and a few others I've found online, my physical, emotional and mental health has improved immensely! May God bless you always and continue to provide you with the means to help others, grow your practice even more and increase your online exposure 🙏

    Doc put me on D3 ten years ago. I found out about K2 MK7 a year ago and began taking it. Told my Doc, and he said, "What is that stuff...?" I don't think he has ever found out what K2 MK7 is.)

    Dear Dr. Jawad, thank you for such a great and informative video, you have just explained a big mystery for me. I recently started taking D3 and K2 as MK7 as I heard that it might help to ward off covid-19. I was taking a carvedilol and a lisinopril pill twice daily for my blood pressure - four pills.
    I found myself falling asleep in the afternoons so I checked my blood pressure, it was incredibly low at 92/55. I did not want to worry my doctor as he is trying to keep up with all the local covid cases so I cut out taking the blood pressure pills and I monitored my blood pressure about every four hours.
    My blood pressure stabilized averaging around 117/78. I am a 70 year old overweight male. I have never gone out in the sun much so I am wondering if my high blood pressure was initially caused by a lack of vitamin D. It is great after twenty years to not have to take high blood pressure medicines. I am also now feeling really great. I have one question for you, I have heard that vitamin K2 as MK7 is the best form of K2 to take with D3. Is this correct?

    • @thejdocrealminute4648
      @thejdocrealminute4648  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@decorativeironplus4644 Keep taking the zinc. A number of top non government funded doctors are saying that the combination of D, K and zinc makes one immune to covid-19. I tend to believe this is true. I am unvaccinated and I have been exposed to people who had covid several times. I have now tested negative four times which in my mind 100% backs up what those doctors are saying.

    Hey there, love your video! I am currently writing a paper about vitamin D3 and K2 and you definitely made it make a lot more sense. I am wondering if you could share the study or link with me of where you got 10,000IU from? All I keep seeing is a dose of 4,000IU but then they state that between 4,000 and 10,000 is fine but over 10,000IU is an overdose... I think 10,000IU makes a lot of sense, especially in areas where there is little sun activity. Would help a lot! Thanks

      www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5402701/ There are many studies out there that show different results. There are many factors involved with the absorption of D3. It takes A LOT to get to the toxic levels. I recommend getting checked so, IF you are close to 100? Then, stop taking for a while and back down.

    Hello Dr I am currently not in states and the health system where I'm at really sucks, I will be leaving in January back to the states, and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and from start on pregnancy had alot of stomach pain they said it's gastritis and gave me gavascon to take also put in fluid in me, I have been vomiting and feeling weaker and weaker , there are some days where I feel good, my stomach is alot better but I still have pains from acid, but I'm always having body aches and tension headache , but yesterday I just felt super weak and when I checked my blood pressure it was low 100/51 after couple hours it was 90/55 and I went to bed I woke up every hr my heart rate is high but the blood pressure was low I didn't check every hr but 2 x at night it was still low in morning it was still low and as I am writing it's 81/52 I am not understanding what's going on.. I am going to Dr but I know they will say you are good like always they say here.. was wandering what I can do to regulate it and to feel better.. I do take vitamin D3 1000mg X2 plus prenatal pills and chlorophyll+ magnesium sometimes.. am I doing something wrong ? I am trying to eat but it's really hard cause I'm always feeling like vomiting... Please help me out
