ANTI DIET WHAT I EAT IN A DAY // BLUEBERRY PANCAKE RECIPE, GROCERY HAUL + MORE!

Blueberry Pancake recipe:
2 cups AP flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar (I used a bit under 1/4 cup)
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 milk of choice
1/4 cup melted butter (I used salted)
2 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
Mix together all dry ingredients. Create a well. Add all of the wet ingredients. After everything is combined, let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes before cooking in a buttered skillet for around 2-4 minutes each side (you know you're ready to flip when the pancake begins to bubble).
Bread recipe (used for the "babka" and standard loaf):
2 cups warm water (not boiling)
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup honey or sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
4 1/2 - 5 cups of flour
Allow yeast to bloom in warm water with sugar. Let stand for around 5-10 minutes. From there, add in the rest of the ingredients and combine. Add more flour if the mixture is too sticky and add a bit more water if it is too dry. DO NOT OVERMIX the dough!
Cover with a damp dish towel and leave the dough to rise for minimum an hour.
Bake in a 350 degree oven (after you brush the loaves with butter or oil) for around 25-30 minutes (the babka will need a bit longer).
Let cool and enjoy!

I live an insanely busy life - three jobs and a full time Master’s degree student. I find myself just grabbing fast food at least once, sometimes twice, a day! I am struggling with the guilt of not feeding my body more nutritious foods, but I just don’t feel like I can right now. Is that just an excuse, or is it just my season of life?
it sounds like you're in a really busy season of life! the most important thing right now is that you are nourishing yourself by eating ENOUGH! you have time in the future to play around with recipes and have other focuses! getting by and having fast food is not a bad thing! but a helpful tool within this season of life x

In intuitive eating, does one eat only when hungry…and not 3 meals per day no matter what? Or if you don’t feel like eating bc you don’t feel hunger we may just not eat at all for a day? Is this how you eat?
