@@snowboardtraveler Don't forget Brighton & Solitude are connected via the Sol-Bright Trail. Park at Brighton for free parking, since Solitude charges for parking 😭. You can ski Solitude in half a day or less in my opinion.
@@snowboardtraveler In the beginning it's fairly easy then 50-60% in gets flat, but if your skies are wax it's okay. Now going from Solitude to Brighton is easy and no flat parts at all. It's just from Brighton to Solitude, but for free parking it's worth it 😁. In addition, Solitude is only 1200 acres can ski the major runs in under half a day. The Summit Express Lift tends to bottle neck on a busy day. Plenty of tree skiing on that side. Best of all Solitude is unlimited access with the Ikon Pass. By the way I love your videos 🏂💯.
Aspen has four mountains with Buttermilk considered the best for beginners. We are posting that review video this Thursday. Snowmass also has a learning area at elk camp, just up the gondola. The other two, aspen mountain and highlands really don’t have beginner terrain.
we visited a couple days last season, just have to edit the video. gold hill chutes and palmyra were closed though so dont want to disappoint you if you were hoping for that.
@@snowboardtraveler terrific! Hope you guys had a blast!! Dont mind those parts of the mtn, outta my comfort zone anyways lol!! Got injured too many times this past season as well. I look forward to that video in particular! Happy holidays :)
I’m going this weekend and I haven’t been to aspen in like 3-4 years and I hope the runs is as good as I remember. Hopefully the snow isn’t that bad. (Btw even though there is little snow, is it still fun?)
The snow has been pretty low so far but there are 10 inches in the forecast this week which should help open more terrain. Still fun, just expect less to be open and early season conditions.
Skiig on Alpi italiane is so much better because of much steeper slopes, perfect grooming, ski towns and food. For snowboarding US is much better because of powder that in Italy is rare and dangerous
The new terrain has been renamed Hero’s instead of Pandora’s. Looking forward to riding the new area this year!
Great video
By far my favorite mountain review channel. Please do some Utah resorts next :)
Thanks!! Trying to put together a Utah trip this year, Brighton, Solitude, snowbird, park city and powder mountain.

@@denigma68rltw Is the Sol-Bright Trail flat or is it fairly easy to go between the two resorts?

@@snowboardtraveler You guys will like the Canyons side better than Park City original side.
I need to go!
Definitely recommend! Having the four mountains to choose from there is nice.
If you have never snowboarded before what’s the best thing to do when visiting aspen? I want to snowboard but safely

Great video! When are you coming back?! Thank you for the love!
Planning for some late season turns early April.
The coffee and cronut are from Local. For a breakfast sandwich try Jour De Fête.
Great vids per usual. Make a video of Telluride now! Yayayaya!
Working on it!
@@snowboardtraveler I work here, if you need half price tickets just reach out to me, we can email n go from there :)

Will you review Aspen Highland and Snowmass?
Yes, working on them next.
Aspen Highlands is posted if you didnt see it already :)
Is skiing available in early October ?
Not until later November usually
hi, is there any Snowboard to rent at the place itself?
Yes, there are board rentals from Four Mountain Sports. Or if you want to demo a new board check out Radio Boardshop in Aspen.
@@snowboardtraveler do they allow you you to ski or snowboard if you are first timer and just by yourself?
Yes you can go as a first timer by yourself. You might want to consider paying for a lesson to get the basics down.
@@snowboardtraveler Thank you! and is there any public parking that I can possibly park my vehicle at the place?
Yes, all four Aspen resorts have parking. In Aspen town there is a parking garage right by the ski lifts.

Looks so fun. Too bad it’s so dang expensive
We went on ikon pass but yeah it’s expensive. Even uphill passes are $69 this year.
It's expensive, but you can stay in Basalt (21 mi.) or Glenwood Springs (41 mi.) to save on lodging.
Ruthie's is a detachable triple, not a detachable quad.
Chairlift police to the rescue!
Imagine catching a toe side edge on one of the really steep runs and falling backwards while your facing the top
