Keep it low or medium heat and apply heat around the screen edges. The duration may depend on the device. But you can start with 1 minute and then add as you needed with 30 seconds breaks.This process will take time and needs good patience.

Sadly this is a short term solution.
While refurbishing screens, before using 3 in one (glass+cold press adhesive frame+ oca layer) on iphone 6 and 6s i had a lot of customers complain about screen coming out of the phone due to frame separation. That is because i was using b7000 to glue the frame to the glass. Now picture a iphone 6 screen vs ipad screen. If b7000 can only hold the screen for an iphone wich is lighter for a few months, how much can it hold ipad screen, wich is much heavier?
The problem is b7000 does go soft or break during heating. Let it be hot weather, or just overheating due to normal usage, or charging.
So this is a bad ideea, until someone comes up with a decent glue.

I’ve replaced the battery but it won’t turn on.
Few tips, Check connections, make sure the battery has seated properly, check lcd and touch connections, try to connect to a pc/laptop to verify the device is detecting, a new battery ( last option)
