You are correct. After adding two adjustments strategy become very high risque strategy. We should monitor every minute to minute. Otherwise if it take reverse, if we don't exit position ontime it will make huge loss. We can't cover that loss. He said it is suitable for jobers. But we should monitor this strategy every minute

However, I have a small question rather I say a clarification. If the market reverses after making only one adjustment; i.e, if A= B+C, then we exit the smallest premium in B or C and then continue until a difference of 50% exists in the existing options correct? We will start with strangle ,if we get profit we r going to exit but market is trending one side it will be straddle ,we will try to recover loss even if we don't get loss covered we will make it iron fly ,here we will be able to cover loss

Hi Revanth, Really appreciate your effort. One important thing you missed here is, risk is not limited in this strategy after 2 adjustments. because we have 2 naked positions after the adjustments. Huge gap up/down will incur huge losses also. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Otherwise if it take reverse, if we don't exit position ontime it will make huge loss.
We can't cover that loss.

Straddle needs to have attention at any time. Any trade is probability not certainty. Strangle is different thing.

You have told about the adjustments for an iron fly where the straddle is taken at ATM. But, if the view is bullish and the straddle in Iron fly is taken slightly OTM, i.e 300 points away from ATM, there will be already a hude difference between the premiums of CE and PE, in that case, how should we do adjustments?

Thank you Brother for this! I'm a working employee and I find it difficult to concentrate continuously on market during working hours to make adjustments in the strangle. I feel this suits my need.
However, I have a small question rather I say a clarification. If the market reverses after making only one adjustment; i.e, if A= B+C, then we exit the smallest premium in B or C and then continue until a difference of 50% exists in the existing options correct?

Can we use the same adjustments for short strangle strategy bcoz while adjusting with 80% premium when market reversing we are in loss, I think if we use the iron fly adjustment for strangle adjustments and we can exit easily.
