MAYBE SKATEBOARDING ISN'T FO YOU!
Skateboarding is great as a cope mechanism when it comes to Mental Health but it is important to know that skateboarding alone won’t treat the cause and that's when professional help can really make a difference.
This video was entirely filmed by me using a sony FX30 and a couple of lenses: Sony 24-105 f4 and a Sony 11 f1.8 and it was inspired by REN’s incredible music video entitled “Hi Ren” which talks about the war that goes on inside a sick mind.

Thanks for making this.. It's absolutely class. I've had similar battles in my own mind. I think there is a stigma attached to skateboarding which leads to these feelings in so many of us. I'm not sure you'd find the average golfer or tennis player experiencing this type of conflict. Skateboarding is an incredble escape and mood booster, it can really help us reconnect to important aspects of ourselves that as adults we don't give eough time towards but like you said it is so substitute for proper one to one support.

Hey Clarke… stoked that you enjoyed the video. You’re right… huge stigma around mental health which mostly due to lack of information.
Like yourself, I also have been skating for quite a while and I realised how lucky we are to have such an awesome hobby which has so many benefits.
