SO CLOSE TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND 👍CONGRATS! I ALSO THOUGHT U BRAID FIRST & THEN SLATHER THE COLOUR, IT MAKES SENSE NOW. I DID ENJOY WATCHING U DO THIS 👌 IT CAME OUT VERY COOL & PRETTY.✌😁💖
perfect timing for me! :) Bleached my hair last month but my skin tone looks horrible with bleached hair, so i want dark blonde on top, leave the ends blonde, gonna do a filler and then do this technique to my roots. thank you for this, seriously! And congrats on all those subs :)
799 i am sorry.. Been watching your videos for a while didnt realized until now I wasnt subscribe.. Happy 2023 & Best regards and all the best Wishes for you from Sonora México 🙏💌✨♥️✌️😘
You absolutely could! Only thing to consider is the root color. This technique calls for a single root color so you’d either choose a natural root or one of the two colors
That is beautiful! What a great tutorial! It cracks me up when I'm applying red on a client, because depending on the color line, it goes on purple! 🤣 Thanks for sharing Paul! ❤ ~ APRIL LIPKE
That’s really lovely Paul. I’d love you to do my hair. Currently long and curly and looking for a change of style and colour. That colour would be equally lovely straight and curly.
I’m ahead of my time! I already do this! I thoughts it wouldn’t be a good idea because the inside of the braid would be hotter and cause spotting. I chose to not care because it was just the easiest way to do my hair.
I mean its not much different than clipping them together after. It just seems like an extra step. I mean it looks amazing but you could easily jist twist it together and clip.
Omg I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thought they were going to be painting the braid 😂
I love the way you explain and teach this. I have a client coming in in the morning I want to do this on. Beautiful work!
Thank you, Have fun!
That is gorgeous. I am going to do that with reds on Saturday.

Very pretty!! I feel like it’s also called braided because the way you seperate out the pieces is also very similar to braiding…

Looks great & simple to do, thx
Do you think this could be used to apply different colors to the hair? I was hoping to have navy "lowlights" and purple "highlights"

@@PaulWattsHair I’ll check out where your salons are and how to book 👍🥳
My hair is 100% natural color, can i do this technique without the darker color to just add balayage highlights to my natural color?
