I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that over the seasons we've been given a lot of other people other than Joe as well as from the other countries. And some of them are very bland. Specifically the people that replace Joe. Now the most recent one the woman I actually like but a lot of the other ones are so bland that actually made watching some of the episodes hard because they lacked personality. So when Harry comes back after we've seen somebody else we love him
I talked to Harry via DMs and asked him this. He said he was under the impression they were going for a serious tone in these videos, and after he found out they weren't he completely changed.
@@houseofscarn We don't have an equivalent. I think the holiday we have round that time would be Fireworks Night / Guy Fawkes Night which doesn't have a meal to it, just people getting hammered down the pub.
The reason the Chocolate Oreo shake doesn't taste correct is because the shakes are made with Hershey's chocolate syrup. Oreo is owned by Mondelez, not Hershey. The cookie bits in both the regular and the chocolate Oreo shakes are made with Oreo cookie bits which come in a blue bag and get a 10 day hold time. I used to be a manager at a Burger King. From my point of view, Burger King is not competitive with its shakes, but unfortunately the Taylor shake/soft serve machines can be a pain to deal with so I think there is a costly issue with that; they'd rather keep things simple and as inexpensive on their end as possible.
I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. Hershey's chocolate syrup does not have a bitter taste, but it is overwhelmingly sweet and artificial tasting; it tastes like fake chocolate.@@PapagenoMF

So if someone orders it in drive thru you tell them to come inside? As far as I know people know what they order and can order anything in the drive thru even if its not listed on the drive thru menu.
A lot of the things that aren't on the uk menu you can get by asking, eg the triple whopper, you can actually add as many patties to burgers as you like. Had to make a bacon double xl with 10 patties once. Also a lot of the things the american bk has are things we used to have but got discontinued like the oreo shakes
Yeah, the whopper jr and triple whopper used to be on the menu on the UK, but were removed. The bacon king they removed twice for some bizarre reason. They even used to sell the double quarter pounder at one point.

A whopper with cheese is simply great, love the flame grilled taste. I still like a chicken royale over McDonalds chicken burgers etc. I loved the Spicy Beanburger, ahead of it's time. Also, they did do jalapeno poppers for a while years back, they were like crack when I worked there....PS their mini hash browns for breakfast were just as good also!!
French toast is very much a UK thing. Most cafes and breakfast places sell it. You can get it sweet or savoury. When I make it at home in Glasgow I have it sweet but my wife prefers it savoury. So without any sugar or syrup.
Burger King UK until the late 90's used to do a spicy bean burger and it was my favourite burger, used to order it all the time and I kinda miss it. I love a triple whopper, my order is always triple whopper with cheese, 2xheavy cheese and no onions. The chilli cheese bites rock :)
They did the spicy bean burger up until the 2010’s. I was disappointed when they got rid of it too, being a vegetarian. Their plant Whopper is pretty good though as far as fake meat goes.

Bacon Double Cheeseburger XL has been my go to burger for years now, but in a shock twist the Covid pandemic forced my local restaurant to close and it hasn't reopened 😭😭😭😭 I am still super bummed about that.
Both incorrect on bacon, bacon in the US is overcooked so dry and hard. People correctly complain when beef, chicken, fish etc are overcooked and go tough/dry so why is it ok for bacon? Bacon when cooked should still be moist and delicious.
The US has the Rodeo King. It's just like the rodeo burger but bigger and they added mayo. It's no longer on the "official" menu but they have no issues making it if you order it. My local BK even still has it in their system.
Yeah, just secret menu hack a whopper to be like the Rodeo Burger. The Rodeo Burger used to be a secret menu hack before it was even on the official menu.
I wonder if its because of "shrinkflation" because I remember when the "Eggnormous" Burrito came out, that thing was MASSIVE.. now its this tiny pauktry thing that will barely fill you up. And yes, their hash browns and fries used to taste better, now they taste of old grease, disappointment and sadness.😮
