It is often mistakenly used. "I cannot but A house." (我买不到房子) has a different meaning from "I cannot buy THE house" ( 我不能买那个房子). "the" means 那. Please be careful. I hope this will help your professional image.
I feel like I can pronounce Chinese pretty well, you could really make a whole video on how to pronounce 日! This one is so tough and unnatural for us native English (or other European languages) speakers!
