Would have grown a lot of weed in there lol remember when they discovered the Molson plant in Barrie full of weed ? I lived in Barrie at that time and had been through a tour back when the place brewed beer only lol ..huge facility ..I bet they got a lot of plants out of there ! Most Ontario peeps know a lot about growing weed lol true story though ..even our govt has changed the Ontario license plates from "yours to discover" to "a place to grow" lmao 🤣 loving your videos dude 🤘☮️♥️

That Molson facility was crazzzzzy I saw all the pictures with grow rooms inside the huge tanks, that was genius
This is the most profound exploration so far, an illegal grow house! Thank you for showing the electrical panels WOW at least 400 amp main breaker!. This is how these houses get discovered, by excess electricity usage. Or they scan these houses from the air and any house hotter than all the rest gets a second look. Then sometimes the grow houses use diesel generators but noisy neighbors will wonder and complain.
This was a dope Explorer but it is sad to see the house wreck like this thanks again for the video🤗👍

Dope explore! Was that two story sun room an add on? I ask because it looks like in one “bedroom” you went out a door overlooking the sunroom that could have been a door to an outside balcony at one point... 🤔 wonder what the sun room was use for?

when i did my video there it was epic, i went back for a revisit and there where some notes on the door for 2020 re-permits to reopen this bad boy!

You could grow auto flowers in the sun room. Autoflower have rudiralis in them and don’t need a dark cycle

1st time watching all your videos. had time at work and now im hooked. i just watch the 6mil one. im sure you have been asked a trillion times but how do you get into these places in the day time and obviously this one there are neighbors right next door. also, are you worried from all the black mold you encounter?

I could be wrong but I do believe this place was 100% legal operation.
They bought the house converted it and legally grew.
Crazy to think about but there's a lot money in doing it.
Really the only room that's salvageable in the kitchen pretty well untouched.
It would cost a lot to repair but these salvageable materials would definitely help a bit.

I will preface by saying I'm more of a wine-o than a pot smoker but WHAT a waste of bud...and a nice house! hhaa It is kind of fun to see their slap-dash home improvements though with the conduit for extra outlets and the PEX for extra water; I find that incredibly amusing for some reason - I think I just appreciate the creativity behind it.

I wonder if the house can be salvaged after they take out everything out of the house that had too do with that weed, I'm sure it would be really damaged on the inside of it when its finally empty of all that duct work.

Very sad that the mansion took the path it took yeah its not salvageable theres just too much floor or wall contamination for renovation . The Wrecking ball should be round the corner.

There was def an irrigation system setup but as you can see its completely gone.

Thanks a lot! I feel there was likely pumps & such set up throughout to water/feed nutes. It certainly wasn't any high grade growing in there but I bet is was friggin awesome to walk around when it was full!

So lemme get this straight, A family built that house and lived in it... eventually they moved out and it became abandoned. So then these dudes came in and (bought it?)remodeled the whole thing to be a weed factory? Or was it built from the beginning to be a grow house?
