Thanks for coming along Sam, it was a great day and fantastic to see so many varied cars on track all doing impressive laps. The 595 looks brilliant in its new Rosso Fuoco paint and sounded incredible going down the main straight barking on the upshifts. The drone footage looks epic, how nice of that person to send it to you!
This is class Sam, a little pocket rocket to put a smile on your face. Definitely calls for a UK tour of fun little circuits and a chance to see the glorious paint in the two days of summer we'll have!
He put them on in a video ages ago, and they didn't look right. They didn't sit very well in the wheel arches. The geometry in the CS is completely different.
Hey Sam! Great to see the Abarth finally hit the track! Regarding the brake fade, I've been in the same position as you with my Mini Cooper S and I've made some extensive research on how to improve the stopping power as well as decreasing brake fade as much as possible. The first step in order to improve your stock brakes is to get a good set of stainless steel braided brake lines that are a direct fit on the car, as well as good brake fluid. (Dot 5.1) The next step to improve the stopping power is to upgrade pads and rotors if necessary. If you are still not happy with the stopping power you can throw a big brake kit on the car. I used a kit from a company called V-Maxx and I can say that the car has changed dramatically. It's given me so much confidence and the kit is probably one of the cheapest available ones but I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed! You might already know these, but hopefully, I've been helpful. As ever, TOP content on this channel!
Watching you enjoy your Abarth just makes me appreciate my 2013 more. I love my car and I hope to do something like what you have done to yours. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you Sam, super to see you getting out and about, having a good time in your 595, an excellent late lunchbreak video, so give us more where this came from, cheers 👊😁
Congrats on your wedding Sam...... Your car was great on the track, really interesting to get the comparison with the Lambo, I’d be worried as hell in that!!!
use left foot braking (just tap the brake at corner entry) in front drive as you enter a corner at speed to shift weight and create an oversteer or rear weight swing to help move through a corner or mitigate understeer. I'm sure you know this already but you never mentioned. i drive a front wheel drive and it helps a lot. watched a few old videos from race/rally drivers on making the most of the fwd. love the 595.
This video proves you don't need a McLaren 765 or a Porsche Turbo S to have fun and enjoy yourself. Wonderful content, brilliantly presented. Keep it up Sam!
Sam if you haven't watched it then do so. This lovely sounding and handling Abarth. It's a 595 comp 300hp + around Monza onboard 2019 by 19Bozzy92. All the best..
LSD and a brake upgrade, even a decent pad and fluid upgrade may make a good difference if you didn't want to go down the full AP route, thing you have to think of is the more you upgrade one area the more it will show up others. Big brakes means better tyres better tyres may mean bigger wheels, bigger wheels means possible suspension changes.... will always snowball
Great video. If you are planning on doing more track events in it,you should maybe look at getting a helmet hammock so your helmet doesn't get damaged.
Do you think your car would now benefit from that sequential box that was on the one you drove a couple of years ago? Or would it still be too much of a pain in the arse driving to and from the track.
Loved the video Sam, project biposto is coming along nicely and looks so much fun. I love your content but not sure on the overlay effect of the in car shots its abit teletubbies. Do you know the name of the stripe on the CS I had a model with that stripe when I was young. Keep up the amazing work, your channel is the one I come back to time after time :)
Hmm, I didn’t like the way the Lambo wouldn’t give him the gears he wanted!! Probably saved the engine but gives you the sense that you aren’t driving / as in control as you should be. Agree; I reckon the Abarth would be more fun!!
I would love to see Lamborghini produce another GT sportscar like they did in the 60's before they started making super cars, something that is less expensive and more available to the "everyday" car collector, not just the Rich and Powerful!

Source Sam a cheap 360CS!
Always have fun driving a “slow” car fast. Allows you to really enjoy it.
exactly, driving a car at 100% will always be more fun that driving a Car at 50-60% even if it is 400/500bhp or 1000hp
@@dantebouwer that logic dosent apply on the track 🥴
I wouldn’t describe an abarth as slow. It won’t keep up with a lotus but gives a focus sti / golf gti a hard time

What I love most about this channel is that you are so bloody endearing. Good on you lad.
That’s continuity at 2:27 👌🏼 it’s in the details that makes your channel so great
You need those CS wheels on your Ferrari Sam. They look fantastic.
He put them on in a video ages ago, and they didn't look right. They didn't sit very well in the wheel arches. The geometry in the CS is completely different.
That was brilliant, that car would be great for a circuit like cadwell
With the new exhaust, intake and intercooler, you should get the car remapped ! It would be pushing 220-230's !
That looks so good, especially in the sun! And it is so fun to drive considering the price.

Maybe not "an absolute missile," but you did a great job on the car, Sam.
Lovely Jubbly, good to see you had a a great time in your wee 500.
Own an Abarth myself. But yours takes it to a whole different level!! And, THAT colour sooo AWESOME!!...
It's funny you missed the Alfa Romero Guilia QV in the background after talking about it being underrated on the podcast.
Watching you enjoy your Abarth just makes me appreciate my 2013 more. I love my car and I hope to do something like what you have done to yours. Thanks for the inspiration!
I could listen to the sound of a NA Lamborghini/Audi V10 and Porsche flat 6 all day. Unbelievable sound!
Thank you Sam, super to see you getting out and about, having a good time in your 595,
an excellent late lunchbreak video, so give us more where this came from, cheers 👊😁
Looks so much Fun!! The colour really pops off in the sun too!! Another great video Sam!
Congrats on your wedding Sam...... Your car was great on the track, really interesting to get the comparison with the Lambo, I’d be worried as hell in that!!!
Loved the front facing cam with cockpit overlay!
In the sunlight, the colour and silver wheel combo was definitely the right choice Sam! Looks like a little rocket ship on the track too!
I'm always amazed at what a difference having a limited-slip can make for a car! Looks great!
Sam, this car screems Nürburgring! As soon as you possibly can go there! Nice video as always.
Finally a trackday in the Abarth! Great video, loved the format. Would love to see you visit more little UK tracks like this in the Abarth.
LOVE the colour of that! gotta be the best looking 595 out there

Stay on for more track time....good call 👍
Sam you need a tailor made race helmet for yourself. Colour match it to the car!
We LOVE these! What a fantastic car, you've done it well and the colour is awesome.
That looked like fun! I need to do a track day in TangoS before she goes
Sam if you haven't watched it then do so. This lovely sounding and handling Abarth. It's a 595 comp 300hp + around Monza onboard 2019 by 19Bozzy92. All the best..
It's coming home
Great track to stretch the legs on your Abarth. I like the effect you used to ghost the in car view on screen. Great stuff.
got my GR Yaris coming in September. Can't wait to take that thing on a little track too
Congratulations on getting some track time in the 595 Sam. BTW I must have missed the invite... congrats to you and Vicki on the nuptials as well!
Requires a trip up to Scotland and run it at Knockhill.
This looks like so much fun.
If you wanna have any good grip you have to install rear anti roll bar. It's that what I did in my car.
some nice Harnesses would work well for the track, alongside the standard seatbelts for road use. Looking great so far!
Brilliant camera setup mate 👌
Just noticed the ring Sam congratulations 🥳
LSD and proper buckets... sick car Sam
New diff and AP front brakes required 👍🇬🇧
Sam was coming home while football was too.... nice
LSD and a brake upgrade, even a decent pad and fluid upgrade may make a good difference if you didn't want to go down the full AP route, thing you have to think of is the more you upgrade one area the more it will show up others. Great video! I loved the drone footage, thank whoever did that will you 🙈🤣
That's a glorious soundtrack from your Abarth 😍
Loving your engaging content as always Sam 👍
The PIP is hilarious…it looks like you are in a dream 🤣🤣🤣
That looked awesome fun sam .
Sam, the CS keeps following you everywhere! it's a sign you need to buy one lol
Enjoy the car Sam, cracking videos as always
That car is a pocket rocket 🚀. Some better brake pads in sloted rotors will help and better tires
Great video. If you are planning on doing more track events in it,you should maybe look at getting a helmet hammock so your helmet doesn't get damaged.
THIS IS AMAZINGGGG love your content dude
I regularly drive my 2001 Fiesta on track. Only 106hp on 940kg so not really quick as well, but the fun level is of the scale 😎😁
Try running Michelin PS4's, install a biger intercooler, Bonalume Dump valve & biposto solenoid turbo + remap and you'll see a BIG difference
Woo Hooo Did I say Woo Hooooooooo Nice one Sam looks Fab too!
“I was going to add blah blah blah but Vicky says no.” ☺️ (joke!)
Same as an Mx5! Cheap, light and lots of driving it fast! Ir doesn’t matter the Generation.
How are you consistently making the best automotive content on TH-cam
During the Huracan drive, I had eyes only for his Daytona :')
Yes track content!!
Air condition use some ekstra horse power! Looks fun!
Sam, u should get the tributo Ferrari wheels on your Abarth. They look just like 360 CS wheels
Knockhill would be epic in the abarth.
Imagine you drive like this to the office?
Keep up the greats videos.
Caldwell park would suit that car 👍
They are the same Brembo calipers as the Renaultsport R26 so try the Ferodo DS1.11 pads as a upgrade with Castrol SRF brake fluid
Do you think your car would now benefit from that sequential box that was on the one you drove a couple of years ago?
Or would it still be too much of a pain in the arse driving to and from the track.
Well this is a new ring...
Red hot pocket rocket. Enjoy.
Your 360 so needs that stripe.
Abarth is a pretty bad platform for a track car frankly but they're great fun
A shopping trolley with a body kit. An insult to the Abarth legend.
Close your eyes and listen to 2:00 -2:20 😄
Plz put 360 CS wheels on your 360 Modena!
Come to 3 Sisters and I'll go head to head with you in my budget track car, it was only £180
There seems to be something wrong with the Huracan's downshift paddle. For a couple of times he pressed it and nothing happened.
Looks easy to put a helmet on when you're bald. Try Knockhill Circuit in Scotland, suit your 595 to a tee
Sam has done more track day than "archie hamilton racing" 😂 great video 👍🏼🏁
Hmm, I didn’t like the way the Lambo wouldn’t give him the gears he wanted!! Probably saved the engine but gives you the sense that you aren’t driving / as in control as you should be. Agree; I reckon the Abarth would be more fun!!
The car is basically a bomb but with wheels.
Admitted bias, but love the trackday content.
Omg I want one
Maby do a STG track day for pocket rockets.
Do a Turbo technics S260 conversion or a bigger turbo! Abarths are crazy
Did you use the TTC (Torque Transfer Control), if so did it do anything? 🤔
I like the colour/wrap. Was it very expensive?
Oulton Park Sam 👍
I know I won't get an answer but how are the b14 coilovers compared to the koni shocks???
Grippy rubber, LSD and brake upgrades incoming then sir?
Sam, don't use air-con on track m8, you are losing a substantial amount of power with this tiny engine.
You should take the abarth round goodwood
..i have a regular 500 sport model...i need to talk myself into an Abarth.
I would love to see Lamborghini produce another GT sportscar like they did in the 60's before they started making super cars, something that is less expensive and more available to the "everyday" car collector, not just the Rich and Powerful!
missile but still a shopping trolley lol
Colour looks amazing in the sun Sam
Edit: an LSD would transform that car
