- Today we explored the worlds rarest rainforest in St. Kitts and Nevis! It is the American Oceanic Rainforest.

The river no longer runs because the water is now channeled into households but once there is heavy rainfall it will run. That’s why you saw the pipe on the trail.
Running water has been in homes way over 20-30 years.

What tour did you go on? Is it fine for preteens?
It was a tour through our cruise line and it would be totally fine for preteens :)
What did you guys do for the bug situation? Bug spray or was it alright without it?
There wasn't too many bugs but we did put some bug spray on and didn't get any bites :)
