How do you keep the white pants clean? I usuy only get one wearing out of white before its time to wash.

It doesn't work for me because of sweat and especially when the clothes are white I never wear them more than one time on holidays.
I would love to know for advice on how to keep white clothes clean, are there special wet wipes or something like that?
How can you plan to wear white pieces multiple times when packing for a trip? Even with dry cleaning in the better hotels, it can take several days to get your cleaned items returned. Handwashing linen, the vest, Nd silk white blouse doesn’t really work either, as they requires steaming/ ironing, too time consuming! I find one wearing to the beach, with typical warm weather perspiration, is all you should plan to get from an outfit. As I just spent 2 weeks in Italy, and it was extremely warm, each outfit could only be worn once. And then dressing for an evening out, you need another set of clean clothes, don’t you think?
I love mixing prints, but the red and white blouse with the striped pants looks too busy to me, although I like both pieces separately. As we did a lot of walking, a pair of comfortable sneakers were a must, and your wardrobe needs to compliment the heavier shoe, right? An open bag like yours is not practical while traveling, as it makes it too easy for pick pocket thieves to steal your wallet, cellphone, and valuables, which will put a real damper on any vacation. Just my thoughts….

For a 2 weeks vacation, do you choose the cloths factoring in the facts that we would have to wash silk by hand, and linen will wrinkle easily?
I love linen on holiday as I can wash it through if needed and hang to dry and a little bit of creasing adds to the casual vibe. I’d never take silk on holiday as I wouldn’t take something I’d only wear once and I wouldn’t want to have to wash and iron it.

Great personality. Great video. Looking at bag Oh no the bag is too light. My purses are too heavy after i put what i need in that I leave stuff I need at home. Maybe I am weak. Light weight sounds really really good for me hahabut maybe without structure it would just fall apart on me. so thank you! I have more to think about now in terms of weight and structur *esluxy*

LOL I was thinking the same thing - all it takes is one meal and I have stains to deal with on my white shirt or pants - one time I got spaghetti sauce on my shoulder and I am still wondering how the heck that happened. Love to wear white but then I am constantly paranoid about sitting on something or eating a meal with them on.

I think you give some great ideas for day time outfits , but for night my husband and i usually go out to fancy restaurants or places when on vacation. I like to dress like this during the day , but at night i like to wear skirts, heels, and dresses? I appreciate your videos and im getting some great tips! Love it! I just wish you would also show slightly fancier styling for night.😊😊❤

This is exactly what I do but I do include 2 linen dresses too. As for colors, I LOVE white & pale blue for summer & luckily have never had stain issues; however, I do carry a stain eraser in my bag just in case. Otherwise, hotels have great laundry services that, in my opinion, are worth every penny for the freedom of traveling light. (And, of course, I always leave room in case I find something beautiful!)
Would you really send those expensive clothing to a hotel laundry service where items are thrown together in hot water and need to be carefully ironed???
Honestly, i’ve never had sny problems with hotel laundry services. I’ve never had anything lost or damaged. And, remember, these are not very expensive items. Obviously, I wouldn’t be sending a vintage Chanel jacket to a random dry cleaners, but these are every day clothes.

I agree about the bag. The price is absurd, when at any market on the Mediterranean coast you can pick up a great basket for a fraction of the price

@@janicetribbiani7535 she took a LOW COST plane from Brussels probably to Nice dear, ppl.who are starving and want to show off are doing this. A decent flight ticket from Belgium would be 1/3 of that’s bag price🙄. There are plenty of suckers like this during summer on French Riviera.
I like mixing stripes but like to see them harmonise so they work together. There was too much of a contrast for me.
My most favorite outfit is the combo you are wearing all the time White you adress the Video. The Cricket pant with you lovely Bikini top and White Button down. I’m needing fall outfit ideas - going to Portugal in late September/October and it gets cooler in evenings. I know I’m taking my on cloud tennis shoes for comfort with all the cobble stones. Like the versatile pieces! I have a lot of black, white, natural (cream colors) and of courses strait legs jeans (darker wash).

When I go on holiday I like to have two outfits for a day. Very bright colours, no trousers thats what we have the all year. I don't like to wear two times the same clothes😅
I think we need the right clothe for the right moment. Sometimes we don't know where we are going to.
So I prefere to have a big choose of clothes.
I only take a small suitcase or bag if I do a trekking of few days

It’s a great idea in theory but if I was to spend 2 weeks in San Tropez with a lot of white clothes I’d need immediate access to a washing machine and an ironing board every night because white looks dreadfully un chic if it’s even slightly grubby - and beaches are grubby places . I get the monochrome vibe but not the white - totally impractical for the average traveller . Looks good on you Diana but I’m guessing you don’t sit in bars or dine out in restaurants much ?
I wear almost only white in St Tropez. Linen or cotton gauze pieces are hand washed each evening and dry by morning. Just smooth with fingers when wet. Takes only a couple of minutes.

Do you wash the clothes at the hotel? With so few clothes, you need to wash them every other day, especially with hot weather.
That's exactly why I think this video is absolutly unrealistic. Me too I can imagine those nice outfits in my bedroom before holidays but when I was there on place I would very quickly realize that I have way too little clothes because they would be all dirty after 4 days. 😅

Do you really wear the same white shorts 3 times? Sorry but I can't believe it! It doesn't work for me because I never wear my clothes more than one time on holidays because of sweat. And especially when they are white it doesn't work. Some things I can wash and wear again but not everything.

I really enjoy and like your style. My problem is twofold: some of the links don’t work (products not found, link to your specific choice isn’t there) and the prices (as someone else said. The Hermes mules are too euros and the Loewe raffia bags are ridiculously priced for most of us watching this, IMHO. I’ve ordered from Goelia , per your recommendation. Delivery time to the US is long as the company is “overseas” for us, but OK. And the “best ever white pants” weren’t found via the link. I know TH-camrs get compensated by sponsorships and partnerships, but maybe less Goelia and Lily Silk (i love them too but still…) and maybe some more price point friendlier options, and links that work. The crochet top that was linked was really not like yours, and required either a shirt underneath or a bathing suit top in order not to be naked. I also wondered, like some others, about the white clothing getting dirty or sunblock stained and how you would deal with that for 2 weeks and only 8 outfits. Again, i love your style but just have some questions.

I live in red hot Sicily, and always wear long linen pants in the evenings. Elegant and mosquito proof!

Most women are not going to wear bathing suit as a top! So, more tops are needed for them.
Outfits are great thank you. However, I do have to point out there is no good context for the word "colonial". The British looted India and treated the colonies really badly - No one should be wanting to give "colonial" vibes in this day. That is never a good thing.
So you flew to St.Tropez with low cost - the reason to have only hand luggage- ??😂😂😂 girl, there are far better value for money places on French Riviera, you don’t need to starve to tell the neighbors you’ve been to St.Trop 🤣🤣
