We actually have separate movements to empower each gender. Non-binary/ a-genders and trans genders are included in the LGBTQA+ empowerment and for men, we have a men's rights movement. We have different movements for each of these since the disadvantages and privileges are different. By that, I mean that there are privileges to being a woman, non-binary/agender, and transgender while there are disadvantages to being a man and vice versa. Does that make sense?

What more progress is required for the movement of equal rights for women?
Women have at least all the same rights as men (in the first world). Women have the rights of:
Freedom of expression, to live, the prohibition of torture and inhuman treatment, protection against slavery and forced labour, respect for privacy and family life and to marry, freedom of religion, a fair trial and not to be punished unless they break the law, to not be discriminated on and a education and the to free election. The list goes on.
Also women have some *special* rights given to them on the sole purpose of them being women:
I.e the right to genital integrity and the right to have a legal abortion, also the whole drafting for war thing doesn't effect women and the child custody thing can be seen as a right, i guess.

You are right that the western world especially already has come a long way in terms of equality but there is so much to do still. It makes me sad that so many people are against feminism, since most of the stuff we should work to improve affects both men and women.
Traditional gender roles for example. They hurt men at least as much as women. They mean women have harder time progressing their careers and often also have bigger role in the home. This forces many women to choose between career and family. Men on the other hand don't get to make that choice at all and are always expected to choose the career. One consequence of this is that when divorce happens the custody of children often goes to the woman. Because the woman has to be the more involved parent and men aren't allowed to be. See how the same issue affects both men and women? This, among so many other things, is what feminism wants to fix.

Yes female circumcision is illegal in countries like the UK and the US, where as male circumcision is legal and is practised.

The abortion issue is a hard one, since unfortunately there is biology there you can't ignore. I don't live in the states so I don't know about your laws but where I live, I'm quite sure a woman can't give the child up for adoption if the father wants it. Also here there aren't any rules that would make the woman automatically assume quardianship. As for the child-support, yes it is a problem but I don't think anyone has yet come up with a better way. If I was feeling mean I'd offer up the same rethoric anti-abortion people use: you shouldn't have sex if you aren't prepared to face the consequences. But being mean doesn't usually accomplish much so I'll leave it.
I'm aware there is citation needed but I'm not really prepared (or willing) to argue on TH-cam so I won't go about finding some. I'm quite sure it passes as common knowledge that the higher up you loom a management chain the less women there are. This is of course not only rooted in bias in promoting but multitude of other factors as well (like upbringing, gender roles and cultural expectations).

Anyway, what I was trying to say is that feminism fights for a better life for everyone. Some issues affect women more than men, some the other way around but mostly the problem women face is in some way mirrored in a problem men face. And there is generally too little attention paid for the issues of men but I don't think attention is a limited supply. Anyone is free to take up a cause and start focusing the issues they feel most strongly about.
