Will do part two showing the cover off and the rebuilt but would like your thoughts on it for sure your professional
@@QsTechService1 My current project is restoring my first TV. A 12" B&W Sears tube TV built in 1972. I've replaced all the electrolytic capacitors; all tested out of tolerance. Now testing each carbon composite resistor. So far 23 out of 25 are really out of tolerance (each one has been replaced). Example, a 100 ohm reading 322 ohms 😳 I have 75 more to test.

Those focal eye tubes can be hard to find some types of then but there are newer versions available

@@QsTechService1 sadly I don't but I can ask the colleague I was discussing this with because they found them for vintage radio they needed it for.
