Agreed. If mismagius gets a mega you've gotta show love to the Godfeather since they're counterparts. Also I just came up with Godfeather on the spot not sure if that's OC but if so show some love if you like it haha
I am someone who would love to see Mega Floatzel. Mega flotzel that maintains swiftswim or give him Propeller tail with a huge increase in speed and attack, he can be an incredible in rain teams.
Adaptability would not only be better competitively, but it also makes sense due to the fact that it literally developed Floats to be able to hunt its prey better, hence the ability
yes I agree with you Dusknoir is an ok Pokémon at best because there is nothing that Dusknoir really excels at other than defense but he has only 45 base hp and no good consistent recovery all he has is pain split and rest so his bulk is only kind of good. his hp is not the only issue, he is to fast for trick room with 45 base speed so any other Pokémon that is trying to be fast in trick room will probably out seed him. And also he is to slow to outspend anything normally. also dusknoir's attack is not good enough to justify his mediocre bulk. With base 100 attack he is only decent with a life orb/spell tag/choice band. I know all this because I use dusknoir on a regular basis online because he is my second favorite Pokémon. my dusknoir is shiny and I named it Agian which is a shade of grayish blue named after the Agian sea that Icarus fell in to which was named after a dead king. the set that I like using for him is max hp max attack with a brave natter and the move set is trick room/brick brake/shadow sneak/poltergeist the item I use is either a life orb or a spell tag and the ability I use is frisk. sadly my shiny dusknoir's Ivs are best in speed but its a shiny so I still use it anyways. I sure hope aDrive sees this
I would love to see mega Rhyperior or mega Magnezone. Maybe mega Magnezone could get Levitate, to remove that 4x weakness to ground type attacks completely.
Mega Nidoking & Mega Nidoqueen They could do version specials too like Nidoking on pearl is poison/dragon and Nidoqueen on diamond is poison/fairy. Show the royals some love

Below will be Part 2 of my thoughts on the hypothetical Mega Evolutions featured in this video. 6) Mega Flygon -typing=Ground/Dragon -ability=Levitate, Sand Rush, Sand Stream, Compound Eyes, Tinted Lens, Dancer, Tough Claws, Filter, Mold Breaker, Rock Head, Serene Grace, Speed Boost, Strong Jaw, Iron Fist, or Desert Spirit(see below) Description of Desert Spirit(reference to some Pokédex entries): -gives this Pokemon full immunity from all Ground-type moves(ignored by abilities like Mold Breaker, Teravolt, and Turboblaze) -increases the power of Bug-type moves for this Pokémon by 50% -sets up a Sandstorm for 8 turns when this Pokémon enters the battle -In addition to increasing the Special Defense by 50% for Rock-type Pokémon while on the field when a sandstorm is active, this ability provides the same Special Defense boost to all Ground-type and Steel-type Pokémon. -reduces the accuracy of opposing Pokémon's Normal-type and Fighting-type moves that target this Pokémon by 20%(ignored by Pokémon with abilities like Scrappy, Mold Breaker, and Teravolt) only during sandstorm -For just this Pokémon(Mega Flygon), this ability increases the power and accuracy of Ground, Rock, Steel, Dragon, Flying, and Ghost-type moves as well as wind and sound-related moves each by 10% only during sandstorm. This 10% power boost does not apply to moves like Bug Buzz and Silver Wind. Stat Distribution Idea 1(only if Mega Flygon's ability is Sand Rush, Dancer, Speed Boost, or Desert Spirit): Original Attack=100 -->120 Original Defense=80 -->100 Original Special Attack=80 -->120 Original Special Defense=80 -->100 Original Speed=100 -->100 Stat Distribution Idea 2(only if its ability is not Sand Rush, Dancer, Speed Boost, or Desert Spirit): Original Attack=100 -->120 Original Defense=80 -->90 Original Special Attack=80 -->120 Original Special Defense=80 -->90 Original Speed=100 -->120 -During the games Mega Flygon is presented(as it should), besides restoring access to moves it learned via TM, HM, TR, and Move Tutors from past games, Flygon could acquire moves like: Physical moves: Knock Off, Retaliate, Meteor Mash, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Shadow Punch, Phantom Force, Brave Bird, Drain Punch, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Head Smash, Play Rough, Acrobatics, Iron Head, Smack Down, Dual Chop, Night Slash, X-Scissor, Shadow Claw, Extreme Speed, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Low Kick, Lunge, Blaze Kick, Dynamic Punch, Leech Life, Aqua Tail, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Poison Fang, Seismic Toss, Storm Throw, Sky Uppercut, High Horsepower, Super Fang, Fire Fang, Foul Play, Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs, Tail Slap, Accelerock, Rock Blast, Zen Headbutt, and Sky Attack Special moves: Hex, Shock Wave, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Overheat, Ancient Power, Tri Attack, Weather Ball, Hyper Voice, Mystical Fire, Clear Smog, Fiery Dance, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Vacuum Wave, Dark Pulse, Muddy Water, Inferno, Night Shade, Snarl, Extrasensory, Stored Power, Terrain Pulse, and Dragon Energy Status moves: Curse, Taunt, Work Up, Quiver Dance, Teeter Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Mist, Magnet Rise, Thunder Wave, Sticky Web, Quick Guard, Wide Guard, Mind Reader, Assist, Baton Pass, Glare, Nature Power, Spikes, Shore Up, Cosmic Power, Swords Dance, Noble Roar, Camouflage, Stealth Rock, Rototiller, Bulk Up, Whirlwind, Roar, Flatter, Nasty Plot, Ally Switch, Telekinesis, Calm Mind, Magic Coat, Reflect, Light Screen, Haze, Psycho Shift, and Destiny Bond 7) Mega Toxicroak -typing=Poison/Fighting -ability=Poison Touch, Corrosion, Scrappy, Iron Fist, Tough Claws, Rain Dish, Hydration, Filter, Mold Breaker, Overcoat, Merciless, or Protean Original Attack=106 -->120 Original Defense=65 -->80 Original Special Attack=86 -->110 Original Special Defense=65 -->80 Original Speed=85 -->117 -During the games they release Mega Toxicroak, besides restoring access to moves it could learn via TM, HM, TR, and Move Tutors from past games, Toxicroak could acquire moves like: Physical moves: Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Blaze Kick, Trop Kick, Stomping Tantrum, Fire Punch, Shadow Claw, Mach Punch, Superpower, Aerial Ace, U-Turn, Night Slash, Brutal Swing, Storm Throw, Smack Down, Lunge, Zen Headbutt, Meteor Mash, Twineedle, Close Combat, Shadow Punch, Iron Head, Seismic Toss, Sky Uppercut, and Triple Axel Special moves: Mirror Coat, Aura Sphere, Earth Power, Water Pulse, Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Tri Attack, Weather Ball, and Terrain Pulse Status moves: Recycle, Wide Guard, Mind Reader, Reflect, Light Screen, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Assist, Nature Power, Teeter Dance, Heal Block, and Foresight 8) Mega Vespiquen -typing=Bug/Flying -ability=Compound Eyes, Tinted Lens, Filter, Magic Bounce, Queenly Majesty, Overcoat, Unnerve, Intimidate, Overwhelming Aura(upon switching in, this lowers the opponent's Special Attack by one stage), or Hive Bond Description of Hive Bond: -Similar to Parental Bond, this ability causes attacks to strike multiple times. However, it can hit 2-5 times, with the second to fifth hits dealing only 1/8 the normal damage. It does not affect moves that naturally strike multiple times or moves that strike multiple targets. -If the Pokemon who targets this Mega uses a move that makes direct contact, the attacker will suffer damage equal to 1/8 of its maximum HP similar to Iron Barbs and Rough Skin. Stat Distribution Idea 1: Original Attack=80 -->90 Original Defense=102 -->112 Original Special Attack=80 -->90 Original Special Defense=102 -->112 Original Speed=40 -->100 Stat Distribution Idea 2: Original Attack=80 -->100 Original Defense=102 -->130 Original Special Attack=80 -->100 Original Special Defense=102 -->130 Original Speed=40 -->44 -During the games that they release Mega Vespiquen, besides restoring access to moves it could learn via TM, HM, TR, and Move Tutors from past games, Vespiquen could acquire moves like: Physical moves: Lunge, Play Rough, Sucker Punch, Retaliate, Counter, Poison Jab, Gyro Ball, Outrage, Smart Strike, Leech Life, Megahorn, Cross Poison, Drill Run, Foul Play, and Skitter Smack Special moves: Hurricane, Dazzling Gleam, Mirror Coat, Tri Attack, Weather Ball, Sludge Wave, Stored Power, Giga Drain, Electroweb, and Terrain Pulse Status moves: Quiver Dance, Reflect, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, Baton Pass, Taunt, Work Up, Curse, Swords Dance, Follow Me, Rage Powder, Sticky Web, Water Sport, Mud Sport, Whirlwind, Nature Power, Flatter, Power Trick, and Psycho Shift 9) Mega Bibarel -typing=Normal/Water -ability=Swift Swim, Simple, Unaware, Contrary, Tough Claws, Storm Drain, Water Absorb, Fur Coat, Hydration, Water Veil, Rain Dish, Filter, Overcoat, Strong Jaw, Iron Fist, or Scrappy Stat Distribution Idea 1: Original Attack=85 -->105 Original Defense=60 -->80 Original Special Attack=55 -->75 Original Special Defense=60 -->80 Original Speed=71 -->91 Stat Distribution Idea 2: Original Attack=85 -->110 Original Defense=60 -->90 Original Special Attack=55 -->100 Original Special Defense=60 -->90 Original Speed=71 -->41 -During the games that they announce Mega Bibarel, besides restoring access to moves it could learn via TM, HM, TR, and Move Tutors from past games, Bibarel could acquire moves like: Physical moves: Psychic Fangs, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang. My opinions: *Gliscor* : instead of poison touch, i would make a new ability for it, but either still related to poison, or make it have stab with poison moves. *Yanmega* : instead of having abilities that mostly relate to health, it would be more beneficial to be related to the fact it is now a dragon. I know multiscale is on dragonite, but i feel that dragons maw would be cool, especially that it is only on a legendary. This would be the same thing as what they did with the tapu's abilities, so it would fit. *Mismagius* : I looked it up, and gengar, latias, and latios have levitate. However, only gengar looses its ability, which it soon changed levitate into cursed body in the next gen. I also want to mention that charizard looses its flying type, but has an alternate mega with the flying type. I find it odd that levitating is usually avoided to change through mega evolving, but I don't think it will matter yet. Being fairy seems fitting, with Hatterene being fairy (hats and whatnot). Out of the three abilities, prankster seems the best, and I can't really top it. Maybe pixilate? *Electivire* : Been waiting for this. The abilities he listed are really good, but I also want to recommend transistor. Giving both of the new regi's abilities would make sense, and putting it on a random Pokémon isn't abnormal; the four surges in gen 8 are rillaboom, pincurchin, indeedee, and galar Weezing, pretty random. Fighting or dark would both fit, but I would choose fighting. Fighting, tied with ground and ice, hit five types super effectively, the most amount one type does. Dark hits ghost and psychic super effectively, the same types ghost does. *Magmortar* : Drought or solar power would be impeccable, so no changes there. I would personally take the attack buff into speed, because of solar power, but I was also thinking of giving it another type. Fighting seems like the most obvious, but there aren't many special fighting moves other than aura sphere. Idk *Flygon* : Yes. Bug dragon number two would be a hard choice to give an ability, but I came with a solution. Make a new one. Flygon is the most fan-requested mega so it would make sense. Though abilities lime adaptability or speed boost seem great, I think an ability that is intimidate, but for speed. Seems great. Being bug dragon fixes its quad ice weakness, but causes flying and rock weaknesses. Not a big deal, but noticeable. *Toxicroak* : Merciless was the exact thought that crossed my mind, and it fits. For the auto-poison, a new move could reasonably solve it, but probably won't happen. I feel a new ability for toxicroak would be a waste, if it does get a mega. *Vespiquen* : Don't do it to yourself Dan. That shiny isn't worth it. Despite this, changing flying into fairy or dark would make sense for stealth rocks. A new ability also makes sense, as it has all those order moves, but queenlnly majesty also makes sense, too. Those female combees will be removed from economy. *Bidoof* : I knew adrive meant bidoof, so we are going to give it a new ability to make every move ohko all opponents, and prevent death. Its stats will go up about 1,000 more points, and four exclusive moves, each causing the trainer to win. *Bibarel* : I'll do it just in case it wasn't bidoof. A ground/water type with thick fat would be an idea, as it prevents freeze dry quad damage, but defiant seems better. I don't expect to see a mega bibarel, with luxray and staraptor next to it, so I didn't spend much time. *Mamoswine* : ^^ I love mamoswine. Anyway, I thought rock head or reckless seem best, especially if there is a better physical ice move. Ice flare blitz; Frosty Charge. Please. Just my thoughts. I mostly avoided stat spread as I don't know a lot about that sorta thing, but everything else I paid attention to.
Mega Purugly and mega skuntank is perfect! It checks all the boxes! It will be version exclusive mega’s, also they are Jupiter and Mars signature Pokémon so that will be an interesting and memorable fight against them using the mega mechanic. Also the original idea behind megas was to make weaker and less popular Pokémon stronger and give them some love!! I really hope they get mega’s !!!
Mega Arceus. Ok hear me out, you are probably thinking that Arceus should get a primal form if anything, which I could see as it used a ton of power to create the universe and all that, but I think a mega would make more sense because of how mega evolution supposedly works. You need a strong bond between pokemon and trainer, and considering the pokemon protagonist defeats all these evil teams and saves the world, it almost makes the player seem like a prophet which would have a strong bond with God or in this case Arceus. so in short I think Arceus Deserve a mega
Mega Girafarig - Normal/Psychic - Ability: Flip Side - HP: 70 Atk: 105 Def: 85 SpAtk: 110 SpDef: 85 Speed: 100 (Total: 555) Description of Flip Side: Power is doubled when awake, but halved when asleep. However the pokemon can still use normal attacks while sleeping. (Meaning using psychic or headbutt(ANY move will work) while awake does double(If an actual attack, no matter if its special or physical) when asleep it will do the normal amount and you can still use the move and deal damage or give a status if its a status move.) Would be epic of a pokemon to use in battle, I wish that existed Also the reasoning behind the Ability Flip Side is because its other head is said to never sleep nor need any, plus the double power is for both heads attacking as one.
I think the elemental monkeys need megas. I’ve always liked them but no one else has. For example Simisage could turn Grass and Fairy. Give his Hp +20, give his Special defense +50, give special attack +20, give his speed plus 10. He would be grass and fairy 🧚🏽♂️ because his leaf on his head heals Pokémon. I would give him a completely new ability called heal spore. In double battles if simisage is hit by an physical attack he lets off a spore that heals his partner in the the fight. This works well because I raised his special defense by 50 so he’d only be frail to physical attacks.
@@realshadowlord you know what late 2021 means right like October to December or somewhere close to that so it won’t be released too soon and wouldn’t you want them to spend more time on the game?
You need ideas for another 10 Megas video, Dan? Listen... - Magnezone - Floatzel - Dusknoir - Drapion - Spiritomb ... there's five. Also, keep in mind that all the new Megas don't always have to be from that particular Gen. Mega Audino, for example, came in ORAS, which was Gen 3. Audino is a Gen 5 Pokémon! Make sense? Not really, but it doesn't have to, I guess. xD
This probably aint a popular idea but... Mega Gastrodon! Give the squishy boy the power it deserves!!🤩😂 But seriously, throw a little extra bulk on it and add some buffs to its special attack and it could be an even bigger threat considering its single weakness to grass. Also, if it’s doubles, Trickroom set up would make it pretty near unstoppable
Dialga, palkia, and arceus all need megas because when hoenn got a remake they mega evolved the legendaries i think that the sinnoh legendaries need some megas too.
For the primal form they could say that scientists discovered that the adamant and lustrous orb could give them primal forms just like with Groupon and Kyoger with those gems.
I definitely think that froslass should get a mega. Since Gallade got a mega a year after its gen 3 counterpart gardevoir, froslass was left hanging after glalie got one. We need justice for froslass lol!
Flygon is the fierce yet adorable Dragon I love. I don’t hate Garchomp’s Mega, but it was already powerful due to its pseudo-legend status. But then it got broken beyond repair. Give some love to the first Ground-Dragon Type.
What about the fossils, Rampardos and Bastiodon? They seem like they could have really interesting Megas. Could be used by Roark and Byron respectively in rematches. You already suggested Roserade for Gardenia, Mismagius for Fantine, keep Lucario for Maylene, and then maybe Floatzel for Crasher Wake, Froslass for Candice, and Volkner gets Luxray. Then for the elite four, Aaron could use Vespiquen, give Hippowdon a mega for Bertha, Flint's strongest is already Infernape, and make a Mega Bronzong for Lucian.
Some megas I thought would be interesting for the remakes would be the Ace Pokémon of the 5 stat trainers; 2 of the 5 trainers already have an Ace Pokémon with a mega (Riley’s Lucario and Mira’s Alakazam); to round it out that leaves the following: Cheryl’s Blissey Marley’s Arcanine Buck’s Claydol I think this would add a little diversity away from just doing strictly a majority of gen 4 pokemon for megas and all three could get interesting buffs even tho this could make Blissey even harder to take down
@@oscargillon3784 the thing is what if the village is older than the war of Kalos....so there is a pretty good chance that we will not going to get any mega in the game
Honestly I feel like Yanmega should get a new ability that has a chance to put the opponent asleep when it uses sound bass moves. A definitely op moveset would be Air Slash (STAB) Bug Buzz (STAB&Sound Based Move) Protect (Speed Boost Combo) And Dream Eater due to its ability. Making Dream Eater a useful move it can learn.
May I up the hype? Pokeball seals, Super contests, Underground, Potential battle frontier, Amity square (where you can walk with your Pokémon in the overworld if it happens), The double battle shiny hunts, Fight area and safari zone (Idk why I want it to return its nothing but pain XD)
This is actually very interesting to me because I know of a group that designs custom megas for Pokemon, stats and every thing. They even give them new moves! There are some requirements though, like how every Pokemon gets an exact +100 to its BST (a few exceptions, though *cough mega beedrill cough*, it cannot be OP (like that Mega Yanmega w/ speed boost and crazy SPA is a little much), and a few other things. They have a very OP mega-bibarel, mega flygon, and are about to start working on the Mega Sinnoh starters
I know it has like no relation at all to sinnoh, but I still think mega arcanine would be sick, or even mega duralodon. Duralodon really gets overshadowed by pokemon like dragapult, and all the other psuedo legends, but it's still a really cool pokemon in my opinion.
Well although I see what you mean, but taking a look at actual male bees, I’d like to see a ghost bee, and to evolve it, it would have to breed a Pokémon because once a male bee breeds, it dies. So I’d think a bug ghost would BEE really nice (pun intended)
I'd love to see Floatzel get a Mega Evolution. My guy deserves some proper attention. I think that Water/Fighting or Water/Dragon would be pretty sick typings for its Mega because it is known for rescuing people.
Also two things about the vespiquen part: 1. I love how you started with mothim and went like "and as we spoke about mothim ladt time..." and I was thinking obviously you will now talk about wormadame... What a fakeout haha 2. It's kinda funny how you kept calling vespiquen "him" while vespiquen can only be female xD
I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to see a Mega Purugly. This fat cat hits like a truck already, but give it a Mega evolution, and it becomes a proper nightmare. Maybe make it Normal/Fighting type to reflect its sudden surge of power, or Normal/Dark type to really highlight just how much of a bully it is.
I would like if Magmortar and Electivire got Megas they'd get eachother's types. So Electivire becomes an Electric/Fire and Magmortar becomes a Fire/Electric. Would be cool to see something like that, considering Flint is Volkner's rival.
How could there not be a mega rhyperior that is rock fighting so it looses the four times weaknesses to water and grass but has a lot of weaknesses will need to be tanky.
Sticking to Gen 4 Pokemon Spiritomb (bulky shadow tag) Frosslass (Snow warning) Drapion (like what you were saying for Toxicroak) Carnivine (Chlorophyll) Might be cheating but Dialga (Ability gives all pokemon on its side +1 Priority, a tailwind effect to a degree, or Trick Room is out for as long as it is on the field) Palkia (Ability makes all pokemon get an accuracy buff on its side of the field, or as long as it is on the field something like a weaker Aurora Veil is up) Giratina (Ability nullifies all changes done to the field (terrain, weather, trick room, reflect) or when it enters opponents Sp. ATK and ATK are both lowered by 1)
Mega Vespiquen would be quite unique. I like the ideas of different typings, but what about Queenly Majesty where it ignores those PR moves such as spikes, toxic spikes, stealth rocks, etc.
SUDOWOODO, Dusknoir, Steelix, Clefable, and Tropius. i wouldnt mind some sort of eevee love in any form, but a mega for any of the evolutions would be amazing!
Mega Dialga (Steel/Dragon) Mega Palkia (Psychic/Dragon) Mega Giratina (Dark/Dragon) Mega Cresselia (Psychic/Fairy) Mega Darkrai (Dark/Ghost) Mega Arceus (???)
I would give mega forms to Pokémon like Butterfree, Slowking, and Froslass to make up for their counter parts already having one. Sort of how Gardevoir had a mega form and then they gave Gallade one in ORAS
I’m sticking to my guns here when I say, mega evolutions for underutilized Pokémon like, Carnivine, Chatot, Cherrim, Tropius, Kricketune, and Porygon-Z.
It’s probably not the best candidate but I think a mega purugly would be cool to see. It’s a very deceptive Pokémon that I think could be cool if it was paired with the fur coat ability giving it higher survivability
I mean, there are mega evolutions I want, and Mega Evolutions that I feel like would be good for that specific Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. For Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl specifically, these are the Pokemon I'd want to give Mega Evolutions: //required Starters Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon //required gym and elite four Drapion, Rhyperior, Magmortar, Milotic Roserade, Floatzel, Dusknoir, Froslass, Electivire (I should note that Mismagius and Dusknoir are interchangeable in which should get the mega, but I had wanted to do something else with Mismagius and I want Dusknoir to be an option to substitute Gengar a little more) //fanservice gen IV Staraptor, Luxray, Rotom (base), Rampardos, Bastiladon //rebalancing Volcarona, Scolipede, Gigalith, Shiftry, Ludicolo Pyroar, Hawlucha, Rapidash, Sunflora, Exploud //Event and Legendaries Shaymin, Skyform Shaymin, Darkrai, Zeraora, Genesect (Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus getting different buffed forms, but not called "mega" evolution) //extra fanservice and 20th anniversary content Flygon, Yanmega, Ribombee, Haxorus, Zoroark, Kingdra Mimikyu, Raichu, Alola Raichu, Dragapult, Toxtricity, Clefable, Galar Slowbro (forgot this probably needs one) //personally wish, but not likely Delphox, Greninja, Chesnaught, Eldegoss, Togekiss, Kommo-O, Talonflame, Ambipom This list takes into account the idea that Gigantamax Pokemon and Z-moves get added to the game in anniversary DLC. Of which, I would add for Gigantamax: Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon, Meganium, Typhlosion, Feraligatr, Wailord, Drifblim, Hydreigon, Trevenant, Klinklang, Solgaleo, Lunala, Giratina, Arceus (Maybe Dusknoir too, and I wish Exeggutor and Alolan Exeggutor for the comedy) and for Z-moves: Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon, Delphox, Greninja, Chesnaught, Accelgor, Escavalier, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Hitmontop, Urshifu single-strike, Urshifu multi-strike, Calyrex, Arceus (maybe Dialga and Palkia too) I don't really expect new regional forms or new pokemon and evolutions added to this game, but if they did, I would welcome it and add these: *Applin and give it a new evolution based on the Uwabami and Apple Cider. (Still be Grass and Dragon Type) *Rolycoly getting an item-based evolution to turn it into a motorbike pokemon *Impidemp, Morgrem, and Grimmsnarl would become fighting/dark Mountain Onis *Rockruff, Lycanroc (Dawn from) would be ice/electric types, while Lycanroc (Twilight) would be Ice/ Dark with an ability that freezes pokemon that try to initiate contact *Swak and Throh would be Gatekeeper demons (or have looks that resemble them more), have their color tones swapped, and be fire/ fighting and ice/ fighting respectively *Polteagiest and Sinistea would both be Fairy/Poison types and modeled after traditional japanese green teas and maccha *Seedot, Nuzleaf, and Shiftry would be flying/grass (for seedot) and flying/ fighting (for Nuzleaf and Shiftry) respectively, and based on Crow Tengu *Lotad, Lombre, and Ludicolo would be ground/water (for Lotad) and ground/poison (for Lombre and Ludicolo) respectively, being based on Mud Kappa and Octoroks from Zelda *Fletchling, Fletchinder, and Talonflame becoming flying /ice types (fletchling still being flying/ normal) in Diamond, and flying/ electric types in Pearl with the idea of them being different kinds of bred hunting falcons. Meanwhile: *Farfetch'd (regular) gets a 2-sword style ronin evolution of flying/fighting (maybe with a name that makes a pun on food delivery). *Carbink gets an evolution based on quartz and maybe a bodyguard for diancie or something. *Carnivine gets an evolution of a bigger flytrap *Chatot gets an evolution based on birds of paradise and music *Luvdisc gets an evolution based on the zodiac pisces and kissing gourami *Komala gets an evolution based on Astral Projection Then if we got more baby pokemon... I think I would limit those picks to: *Tangela mostly in mind to make tangela more common, but designed to be kind of like mossy sprouts *Girafarig (but make it reference the cancelled "twins" design, and make it where the ghost-looking tails drag around the little giraffe or mouse-deer like body) *Snubbull as a little cute pug that not only looks really cute, but also looks like it knows it is really cute *Farfetch'd with its shell still covering its eyes *Meowth, Alolan Meowth, and Gallar Meowth with different style copper coin headpieces *Skitty mostly thinking about the merch, but also to bring more attention back to Delcatty *Shellos... as maybe a bright and playful nudibranch that can break up all the normal type babies I'm listing *Drampa... being a little cute dragon... that still looks like a tiny old man, but also resemble human children in a minor way to explain it's adult behavior better and Fallinks, taking a different take on "baby", making them slightly cute, but more like untrained recruit soldiers that almost have a squirtle squad kind of edge to them Again, don't expect this to happen, mostly because it's not gamefreak working directly on it, and we don't know how much the art team is involved. That already makes megas kind of shaky on if we would get new ones or have them at all... but I'm sure some of the artist could be pulled to make new designs for this game if they wanted. It's also packed, but it's manageable just depending on development.
What about one mega evolution for every gym leaders and elite 4 ? And a brand new Mega Garchomp exclusive for Cynthia who looks like his red prototype?
You should just go through all the gen 4 pokemon. Because one I’m sure no one would complain about their favorite Pokémon from diamond, Pearl, and platinum gets a mega evolution. Even if they are weak, Megas are supposed to buff pokemon who aren’t as viable
Am i the only one who thinks they should give some love to the Og dragon DRAGONITE?. Also they should do mega Honchrow, and mega drapion, maybe give one of the eevelutions a mega as well🙃
after x & y where current moves change to Gigantamax moves when a mon mega evolves if it has one of the many moves in its current roster the moves is changed to a stronger version of the move or a whole new move depending on the mon multiple moves could be changed. Example. Yanmega having ancient power and it is changed into some dragon or bug move only yanmega or other dragon-bugs of ancient times could use, or screech still debuffing defence while also being able to deal damage and changed to a bug move. Maybe msmagious or one of the ghost megas don't loose health while mega and using curse but actually gain health through any damage delt. All the possibilities. While also adding a signature move 1-2 pp or recharge between x amount of turns, depending on how powerful attack or buff/debuff the move is making a total of 5 usable moves.
I hope for the Pokémon brilliant diamond and Shinning pearl will be release n September like the original Pokémon diamond and pearl did for the Nintendo Ds for the Release date for the Nintendo switch n 2021
Personally I'd give a mega to each gym leader elite four and evil team character ace to make them more challenging so that would be Rampardos Roserade Maylene already has lucario. Floatzel Mismagius Bastiodon Froslass Luxray and electivire. Drapion Hippowdon Magmortar Bronzong Cynthia has garcomp Purugly Skuntank Toxicroak Weavile. And maybe some others too.
I know this is a bit of a wild card, but I would love to see a mega for male Combee. I know it’s crazy, but since only female Combee evolve into Vespiquen, I think male Combee deserve some love with a mega evolution; it doesn’t have to become a monster like mega Salamence or Kangaskhan, but I think male Combee deserves some love😂.
Where’s the Mega-Kricketune!? Where’s the deleleleWHOOP with REVERB. Make it Bug/Steel, give it a major buff to its Sp.Atk & Sp.Def, base it off of a cello, and maybe an ability that gives priority to sound based moves, “Soloist,” perhaps, or just go with Soundproof. Base Stats: HP 77/Atk 85/Def 51/SpAtk 55/Sp.Def 51/Speed 65 = 384 Mega Stats: HP 77/Atk: 55/Def 81/SpAtk 125/Sp.Def 101/Speed 45 = 484

Hi vermin
10/10 pog
I think mega froslass would be sick, she needs it as glalie already has one
Came here to say this! Froslass is one of my favorites
Yeah i agree.
But then there would be no reason to use Glalie over Froslass
@@kabelguy70 Yes there is: MOODY. And Glalie has less weaknesses as well.
@@nickdentoom1173 I remember back in the Gen 5 days when Glalie was tearing apart teams with Moody
Mega Honchkrow with a serious Godfather style would be so cool!
I would love to see it
Adaptability would not only be better competitively, but it also makes sense due to the fact that it literally developed Floats to be able to hunt its prey better, hence the ability
Curtis Harder you are my man, my favourite pokemon is buizel so I hope floatzel gets a mega evolution

Yes
I think dusknoir should get a mega i feel like it gets overshadowed by dusclops and should be shown some love
Actually would be terrifying
dusknoir is one of my fave pokemon
Thats because dusclops is bulkiest when held a eviolite and an excellent willowisp user
yes I agree with you Dusknoir is an ok Pokémon at best because there is nothing that Dusknoir really excels at other than defense but he has only 45 base hp and no good consistent recovery all he has is pain split and rest so his bulk is only kind of good. his hp is not the only issue, he is to fast for trick room with 45 base speed so any other Pokémon that is trying to be fast in trick room will probably out seed him.

Disappointed no fossils in here. How you gonna forget the Fossil Pokemon!! They'd surely get one and Rampardos is coolest fossil anyway.

I would love to see mega Rhyperior or mega Magnezone.
Maybe mega Magnezone could get Levitate, to remove that 4x weakness to ground type attacks completely.
that would be sick, especially ryperior, he could be like a samurai cause he already has lots of armor

I would be game for flygon and mamoswine. Flygon has always been one of my faves, and I've come to like mamoswine over the years.
All mega Pokémon needs their own exclusive moves for their mega forms PERIOD
Mega Drapion!! It's such a cool Sinnoh pokemon!!
Also I feel that Purugly and Skuntank should get a mega.
My opinions:
*Gliscor* : instead of poison touch, i would make a new ability for it, but either still related to poison, or make it have stab with poison moves.
Idk
*Flygon* : Yes.
Adrive :Last time I said mega mothim
Me: Mega Wormadan?
Adrive Mega Vespiquen
Me: NANI
Mega Purugly would be very nice
Mega Toxicroak with Merciless sounds insanely cool.
(Meaning using psychic or headbutt(ANY move will work) while awake does double(If an actual attack, no matter if its special or physical) when asleep it will do the normal amount and you can still use the move and deal damage or give a status if its a status move.) Would be epic of a pokemon to use in battle, I wish that existed
Also the reasoning behind the Ability Flip Side is because its other head is said to never sleep nor need any, plus the double power is for both heads attacking as one.
I'm still holding on that MEGA Politoed, give the king his MEGAEvolution
Who doesn't like Mega evolutions?! Their awesome
IKR?!
Hardcore gen one people most likely hate or dislike them
I am not a fan of megas that ruin designs of iconic pokemon
@@louiel.3184 how it makes them better
They’re
For mismagius you could add 5 points to the attack & defense & it would still keep the same theme with it's stats.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REMAKES!!!!!
Me neither. Once I saw "late 2021" i was like WHAT?! POKEMON! PLEASE! PLEASE TOMORROW! OR SOMETIME REALLY SOON 🥲🥲🥲🥲
@@realshadowlord you know what late 2021 means right like October to December or somewhere close to that so it won’t be released too soon and wouldn’t you want them to spend more time on the game?
Shitty chibi character form in game
You need ideas for another 10 Megas video, Dan? Listen...
- Magnezone
- Floatzel
- Dusknoir
- Drapion
- Spiritomb
... there's five. Also, keep in mind that all the new Megas don't always have to be from that particular Gen. Mega Audino, for example, came in ORAS, which was Gen 3. Audino is a Gen 5 Pokémon! Make sense? Not really, but it doesn't have to, I guess. xD
mega manny/mamoswine is a good idea actually and some of the designs can be really cool!
i still think that we should eventually get a mega froslass
Mega Tropius would be a great mega evolution It doesn't get enough love and it could be a heavy hitter.
Facts
This probably aint a popular idea but... Mega Gastrodon! Give the squishy boy the power it deserves!!🤩😂
But seriously, throw a little extra bulk on it and add some buffs to its special attack and it could be an even bigger threat considering its single weakness to grass.
Also, if it’s doubles, Trickroom set up would make it pretty near unstoppable
Hey I have an idea for a video! You could do shiny variants for every mega you have done a vid over!
Dialga, palkia, and arceus all need megas because when hoenn got a remake they mega evolved the legendaries i think that the sinnoh legendaries need some megas too.
Primal Dialga and Primal Palkia will sound cool
For the primal form they could say that scientists discovered that the adamant and lustrous orb could give them primal forms just like with Groupon and Kyoger with those gems.
Primals fit legends more
I definitely think that froslass should get a mega. Since Gallade got a mega a year after its gen 3 counterpart gardevoir, froslass was left hanging after glalie got one. We need justice for froslass lol!
Froslass needs mega love after she got completely overshadowed by the Cookie Monster Glalie becomes!
Some megas I thought would be interesting for the remakes would be the Ace Pokémon of the 5 stat trainers; 2 of the 5 trainers already have an Ace Pokémon with a mega (Riley’s Lucario and Mira’s Alakazam); to round it out that leaves the following:
Cheryl’s Blissey
Marley’s Arcanine
Buck’s Claydol
I think this would add a little diversity away from just doing strictly a majority of gen 4 pokemon for megas and all three could get interesting buffs even tho this could make Blissey even harder to take down
Do u think there might be like a old fashioned megas in Pokémon legends
maybe primal forms
@@PabloSolim2006 omg yes
@@oscargillon3784 the thing is what if the village is older than the war of Kalos....so there is a pretty good chance that we will not going to get any mega in the game
I would love an old timey magnezone and porygon Z
Mega cranidos lol all stat change into speed
Honestly I feel like Yanmega should get a new ability that has a chance to put the opponent asleep when it uses sound bass moves. A definitely op moveset would be Air Slash (STAB) Bug Buzz (STAB&Sound Based Move) Protect (Speed Boost Combo) And Dream Eater due to its ability. Making Dream Eater a useful move it can learn.
0:03 ah yes the new Mega Charizard CHONKERS
Tbh most of them look creepy I- I thought Pokemon was a peaceful community
Me: sees thumbnail
Also me: already watching the video
The hype is real ! So pumped for the remakes so many possibilities it’s going to be very nostalgic
Dude seriously we need a petition for mega dragonite
Now that would be so dope I'll be getting every single Mega Evolution
Mega Vespiquen New Ability: Assault Team, Wipe out any hazards set
Mega Snorlax is a dream
They should add Mega Palkia and Dialga or something like a primal version, they did to Groudon and Kyogre
I think that it’s more probable that they get a primal form
This is actually very interesting to me because I know of a group that designs custom megas for Pokemon, stats and every thing. They even give them new moves! There are some requirements though, like how every Pokemon gets an exact +100 to its BST (a few exceptions, though *cough mega beedrill cough*, it cannot be OP (like that Mega Yanmega w/ speed boost and crazy SPA is a little much), and a few other things. They have a very OP mega-bibarel, mega flygon, and are about to start working on the Mega Sinnoh starters
imagine mega dragonite the stone would be called dragonitite
I know it has like no relation at all to sinnoh, but I still think mega arcanine would be sick, or even mega duralodon. Duralodon really gets overshadowed by pokemon like dragapult, and all the other psuedo legends, but it's still a really cool pokemon in my opinion.
Hey adrive pls talk about Combee male evolution Vaspelance with a spear in his hand
Facts
Well although I see what you mean, but taking a look at actual male bees, I’d like to see a ghost bee, and to evolve it, it would have to breed a Pokémon because once a male bee breeds, it dies. So I’d think a bug ghost would BEE really nice (pun intended)
As an ability give Mega Yanmega a pixilate like ability that turns normal type moves to dragon type moves.
Togekiss, porygon-z, and rhyperior would be interesting to see as megas
I'd love to see Floatzel get a Mega Evolution. My guy deserves some proper attention. I think that Water/Fighting or Water/Dragon would be pretty sick typings for its Mega because it is known for rescuing people.
As for mega Pokémon I want to see, Carnivine, Spiritomb, and Lumineon could get some light, like what mawile and sableye got.
Also two things about the vespiquen part:
1. I love how you started with mothim and went like "and as we spoke about mothim ladt time..." and I was thinking obviously you will now talk about wormadame... What a fakeout haha
2. It's kinda funny how you kept calling vespiquen "him" while vespiquen can only be female xD
Crobat and toxicroak definitely earned a mega.
Vespiquen gets Hive Mind
me as a wings of fire fan: *hyperventilating*
Yeah lol
ikr I love wings of fire.
Mega vespiquen could have an ability that reduces the damage that it takes by 25%.
I red hyperventilwing lol
Read
I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to see a Mega Purugly. This fat cat hits like a truck already, but give it a Mega evolution, and it becomes a proper nightmare. Maybe make it Normal/Fighting type to reflect its sudden surge of power, or Normal/Dark type to really highlight just how much of a bully it is.
Honchkrow and Froslass need something to help them out.
Anyone else triggered when he kept saying he for Vespa queen the Pokémon that can’t be male
Yes, but I also get triggered by Pokémon saying Meloetta, Diancie, Magearna are genderless but they are clearly female.
Same for both
Yes! Bring Mega Gliscor. The fanart looked so good. Thanks aDrive
Sticking to Gen 4 Pokemon
Spiritomb (bulky shadow tag)
Frosslass (Snow warning)
Drapion (like what you were saying for Toxicroak)
Carnivine (Chlorophyll)
Might be cheating but
Dialga (Ability gives all pokemon on its side +1 Priority, a tailwind effect to a degree, or Trick Room is out for as long as it is on the field)
Palkia (Ability makes all pokemon get an accuracy buff on its side of the field, or as long as it is on the field something like a weaker Aurora Veil is up)
Giratina (Ability nullifies all changes done to the field (terrain, weather, trick room, reflect) or when it enters opponents Sp. ATK and ATK are both lowered by 1)
The pain in Dan's face when he talks about mega Bibarel xdd
i cant belive you didnt remember nusknoir
We need all of the starters to have mega evelutions
first video this is part 2
@@Knights0fBlood I know I watched it right after
Mega Vespiquen would be quite unique.
Mega Dialga (Steel/Dragon)
Mega Palkia (Psychic/Dragon)
Mega Giratina (Dark/Dragon)
Mega Cresselia (Psychic/Fairy)
Mega Darkrai (Dark/Ghost)
Mega Arceus (???)
I find it ironic that for Vesspequeen arrive kept on saying “he” even though the only way to get a Vesspequeen is for it to be female.
Came to the comments just to say this but you beat me to it
Lol
I would give mega forms to Pokémon like Butterfree, Slowking, and Froslass to make up for their counter parts already having one. Sort of how Gardevoir had a mega form and then they gave Gallade one in ORAS
I’m sticking to my guns here when I say, mega evolutions for underutilized Pokémon like, Carnivine, Chatot, Cherrim, Tropius, Kricketune, and Porygon-Z.
The editor sneeking in the "y'all know what they look like" edit
I liked all of the mega evo’s. I liked the mega yanmega the most:)>
Will we get another LoveLocke with aJive to follow up the ORAS one?
It’s probably not the best candidate but I think a mega purugly would be cool to see. It’s a very deceptive Pokémon that I think could be cool if it was paired with the fur coat ability giving it higher survivability
If there isnt a mega electivire and magmortar i will literally lose it . 😂
Flagon could activate sandstorm going into battle, and then get sand rush when it megas, that would make it busted.
The mega toxicroak is a good idea, but it would be garbage with autovenom because it isn't built to stall naturally.
I mean, there are mega evolutions I want, and Mega Evolutions that I feel like would be good for that specific Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. For Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl specifically, these are the Pokemon I'd want to give Mega Evolutions:
//required Starters
Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon
//required gym and elite four
Drapion, Rhyperior, Magmortar, Milotic
Roserade, Floatzel, Dusknoir, Froslass, Electivire
(I should note that Mismagius and Dusknoir are interchangeable in which should get the mega, but I had wanted to do something else with Mismagius and I want Dusknoir to be an option to substitute Gengar a little more)
//fanservice gen IV
Staraptor, Luxray, Rotom (base), Rampardos, Bastiladon
//rebalancing
Volcarona, Scolipede, Gigalith, Shiftry, Ludicolo
Pyroar, Hawlucha, Rapidash, Sunflora, Exploud
//Event and Legendaries
Shaymin, Skyform Shaymin, Darkrai, Zeraora, Genesect (Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus getting different buffed forms, but not called "mega" evolution)
//extra fanservice and 20th anniversary content
Flygon, Yanmega, Ribombee, Haxorus, Zoroark, Kingdra
Mimikyu, Raichu, Alola Raichu, Dragapult, Toxtricity, Clefable, Galar Slowbro (forgot this probably needs one)
//personally wish, but not likely
Delphox, Greninja, Chesnaught, Eldegoss, Togekiss, Kommo-O, Talonflame, Ambipom
This list takes into account the idea that Gigantamax Pokemon and Z-moves get added to the game in anniversary DLC. Of which, I would add for Gigantamax:
Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon, Meganium, Typhlosion, Feraligatr, Wailord, Drifblim, Hydreigon, Trevenant, Klinklang, Solgaleo, Lunala, Giratina, Arceus (Maybe Dusknoir too, and I wish Exeggutor and Alolan Exeggutor for the comedy)
and for Z-moves:
Torterra, Infernape, Empoleon, Delphox, Greninja, Chesnaught, Accelgor, Escavalier, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Hitmontop, Urshifu single-strike, Urshifu multi-strike, Calyrex, Arceus (maybe Dialga and Palkia too)
I don't really expect new regional forms or new pokemon and evolutions added to this game, but if they did, I would welcome it and add these:
*Applin and give it a new evolution based on the Uwabami and Apple Cider. (Still be Grass and Dragon Type)
*Rolycoly getting an item-based evolution to turn it into a motorbike pokemon
*Impidemp, Morgrem, and Grimmsnarl would become fighting/dark Mountain Onis
*Rockruff, Lycanroc (Dawn from) would be ice/electric types, while Lycanroc (Twilight) would be Ice/ Dark with an ability that freezes pokemon that try to initiate contact
*Swak and Throh would be Gatekeeper demons (or have looks that resemble them more), have their color tones swapped, and be fire/ fighting and ice/ fighting respectively
*Polteagiest and Sinistea would both be Fairy/Poison types and modeled after traditional japanese green teas and maccha
*Seedot, Nuzleaf, and Shiftry would be flying/grass (for seedot) and flying/ fighting (for Nuzleaf and Shiftry) respectively, and based on Crow Tengu
*Lotad, Lombre, and Ludicolo would be ground/water (for Lotad) and ground/poison (for Lombre and Ludicolo) respectively, being based on Mud Kappa and Octoroks from Zelda
*Fletchling, Fletchinder, and Talonflame becoming flying /ice types (fletchling still being flying/ normal) in Diamond, and flying/ electric types in Pearl with the idea of them being different kinds of bred hunting falcons.
Meanwhile:
*Farfetch'd (regular) gets a 2-sword style ronin evolution of flying/fighting (maybe with a name that makes a pun on food delivery).
*Carbink gets an evolution based on quartz and maybe a bodyguard for diancie or something.
*Carnivine gets an evolution of a bigger flytrap
*Chatot gets an evolution based on birds of paradise and music
*Luvdisc gets an evolution based on the zodiac pisces and kissing gourami
*Komala gets an evolution based on Astral Projection
Then if we got more baby pokemon... I think I would limit those picks to:
*Tangela mostly in mind to make tangela more common, but designed to be kind of like mossy sprouts
*Girafarig (but make it reference the cancelled "twins" design, and make it where the ghost-looking tails drag around the little giraffe or mouse-deer like body)
*Snubbull as a little cute pug that not only looks really cute, but also looks like it knows it is really cute
*Farfetch'd with its shell still covering its eyes
*Meowth, Alolan Meowth, and Gallar Meowth with different style copper coin headpieces
*Skitty mostly thinking about the merch, but also to bring more attention back to Delcatty
*Shellos... as maybe a bright and playful nudibranch that can break up all the normal type babies I'm listing
*Drampa... being a little cute dragon... that still looks like a tiny old man, but also resemble human children in a minor way to explain it's adult behavior better
and Fallinks, taking a different take on "baby", making them slightly cute, but more like untrained recruit soldiers that almost have a squirtle squad kind of edge to them
Again, don't expect this to happen, mostly because it's not gamefreak working directly on it, and we don't know how much the art team is involved.
Also they should do mega Honchrow, and mega drapion, maybe give one of the eevelutions a mega as well🙃
DO Magnezone next please
Would of been dope for them to actually bring Jynx’s Sinnoh Evolution
after x & y where current moves change to Gigantamax moves
when a mon mega evolves if it has one of the many moves in its current roster the moves is changed to a stronger version of the move or a whole new move depending on the mon multiple moves could be changed.
Personally I'd give a mega to each gym leader elite four and evil team character ace to make them more challenging so that would be
Rampardos
Roserade
Maylene already has lucario.
Floatzel
Mismagius
Bastiodon
Froslass
Luxray and electivire.
Drapion
Hippowdon
Magmortar
Bronzong
Cynthia has garcomp
Purugly
Skuntank
Toxicroak
Weavile.
Base Stats: HP 77/Atk 85/Def 51/SpAtk 55/Sp.Def 51/Speed 65 = 384
Mega Stats: HP 77/Atk: 55/Def 81/SpAtk 125/Sp.Def 101/Speed 45 = 484
I love the vids keep them coming
