240ml Cold Water (冷水)
45g Dried Shrimps (虾米)
1 pc Corn (玉米)
1 stalk Spring Onion (青葱)
1 pc Red Chilli (红辣椒)
2 pcs Chilli Padi (小辣椒)
3 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves (疯柑叶)
3 cloves Garlic (蒜头)
5 pcs Red Onions (红葱头)
1 tsp Sugar (糖)
1 tsp Salt (盐)
1 tbsp Cooking Oil (油)
½ tsp White Pepper (胡椒粉)
B. Dipping Sauce (辣椒酱汁)

2 tbsp Chill Sause (辣椒酱)
1 pc Lime (酸桔子)
½ tsp Sugar (糖)
