    Nice attempt. As a viewer, I would say you can shorten the video by half or more.

      I'm unsure of a wheat flour substitute.

    I followed Yr recipe but somehow when i put the fritter into oil, part of it disintegrated. Was it because of too much corn starch or baking powder.

    How about the ratio of plain flour to rice flour.. Instead of 3:1, I use 1:3 instead?

    • @GingerLim
      @GingerLim  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rice flour makes the dish crispy. If you flip the ratio the might be a little bit hard. Maybe experiment and share your results.

    • @chaneliza6075
      @chaneliza6075 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GingerLim understand.I tried before the other ratio, not so crispy. But idk if it was due to my frying not up to standard…lol

  • @chaneliza6075
    @chaneliza6075 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Can I pan fry it instead?

    • @GingerLim
      @GingerLim  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No you can't. It won't be crispy all round. Probably end up soft on the top. Hope the answer helps.
