    Here's something I don't think you've tried:
    Fermented Shrimp Paste.
Also known as BAGOONG in the Philippines and most southeast asian countries.
Commonly found in most asian supermarkets or well stocked asian sections in mainstream american supermarkets (ie not that hard to attain).
Perhaps try initially as a compound butter?
    Or a dry aging method?
Or a marinade when putting into sous vide?
I'd be interested to see if you're down for trying, Guga.🤔

Guga, if you can, you might explore Chamorro cuisine. I was born on the island of Guam in the Pacific and our food is island fair - a fusion of Spanish, Filipino, Asian, and Island cooking. The barbecue and marinating is a little different to many recipes. You might do another steak video involving chamorro marinading or any of the dishes straight up.
It's a new and different idea that I don't see on too many food videos but at any rate, it's just another idea if you or your team haven't considered it.
Keep up the good work!! Your channel is the bomb!!

There's really no reason for this to *not* taste good. Doritos are loaded with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and probably the most important reason this works so well: MSG. You put that on anything and its gonna taste better. Should try this again with the Spicy or "Bold" BBQ flavor ones. Actually just do a "what's the best Doritos steak" video and do every flavor you can get your hands on.

Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos.
After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos:
    - Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef.
    - How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ?
    - Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide.
And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)

You know whats a good idea do the same process but then with like 10,000 tubs of mcdonalds fries sauce that would be amazing (just think bout it that freshness from the chives or w/e they use and that green gloop nom nom i think since its related to the mayo style condiments. Much love and keep making great video's.

I made insane meatballs the other night using all contents of two packs of Indomie Mi Goreng Fried Noodles 85g
And 500grams of beef mince and one egg.
I didn't have any breadcrumbs to fill out the mince so used the two packs of noodles.
I softened the noodles in BBQ sauce (only 1/8 of a cup ) after blending them with the flavour packets from the packet's. You should try it . Went well with a bolognese sauce

Hey Guga. I have an interesting idea for a dry age experiment. Since you have to remove the Pellicles anyways, what if you Cover the Steak with a neutral scentless Wax coating?
I also had another idea. Dry age in Maraschino Cherry mix, that red syrup, and if that's not possible, maybe cherry puree.
