That would be a good episode. I have been curious if there is a good way to use all the dry age pellicle he trims off, I think he used it once to make the fake dry age. Maybe he could grind up the dry age trimmings and mix it into a sausage with other meats. Or even just grind it up with ground beef to make dry age burger patties.
I know it's a joke. But We have come a long way since 80s and 90s nutrition "science" sponsored by suggar lobby to make us fear fats like the plagues. As long as you work out and don't end up with a caloric surplus, all this fat will be digested and converted into calories and it's not gonna end up into your artheries at all. It's oxidization, not fat itself, that we know it's the main culprit in artheries clogging.

Just a FYI if you have a costco memebership you can get some type of waygu...it's not A5 it is called American Waygu. American Waygu really isn't a real thing since the USA just took the term without knowing the meaning of it. The Costco tritip waygu is 36 to 38 for a whole tri tip.

I love all of your videos. I would like to see some more from the poor man's perspective too. Maybe cheap meats on kebabs. Kind of the cheapest, best tasting, quick and easy, most tender recipes. Something a dad can come home and whip up for his wife and kids. Beef, chicken, fish
That's a lot of hours of work to put in, and he pretty much wouldn't have time to do much of anything else. After a year or two of 80-hour work weeks and ensuring the quality control is where it needs to be, he might be freed up to do videos again.
While he himself won't open a high end steakhouse, that doesn't stop someone opening his own steakhouse using guga as inspiration. Probably not happening now as we're too broke to live alone anyways

I have to say that the creativy has been decreasing in the past months, Im not blaming Guga, but I guess there's only so much about meat and barbecue you can talk about before you start delving into weird stuff, lol. Some people say that after you've reached the top, the only way is down. I still have faith that Guga will keep it up.
