This is the best guided meditation I have come across to date. The day after the first time I tried it, I was feeling tremendous and I couldn't think why. I had totally forgotten I had done this mediation the night before. I suffer from anxiety and depression and I had been going through a particularly low and very anxious time. This meditation completely recharged my energy and made me feel on top of the world. Thank you ❤️

I loved this meditation. The longer I sat there in meditation, the more I relaxed and let go. It is one of the best meditations I have ever experienced. Why does your voice echo? That was a little distracting at first, but I became accustomed to it after a few minutes. Thank you so much for doing it.

Wow, this is amazing! I'm a nurse and I did this entire exercise. I then monitored my heart rate and pulsox (O2 in my blood) before and after. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to measure my respirations doing this exercise alone, however the conclusion was as follows. BEFORE: HR 103 Pulsox 97% AFTER: HR 72 Pulsox 98%. Science doesn't lie:)
+Nee Nee Enck So basically you heart rate was lower after 20 of relaxation and your oxygen level rose 1% after 20 min of slow deep breathing. You learnt that would happen in A&P class, its not science its the basic physiology of the human body. Something tells me you'll find the same results after awaking from a mid day nap or 20min bathe

Was prescribed Zoloft for anxiety and that was a complete mess, screwed up my thoughts and productivity after only the first day of trying that treatment. I found this meditation and have been doing it daily for a month. Anxiety is gone, dumped the drug in the trash, and actually my workouts have gotten more productive and intense from a refreshed energy. Many thanks Guru.

+Loretta Harris I discovered this meditation several years ago now. At that time I practiced it twice a day. However like any of these aids I find that it is all about discipline. Therefore over the years I fall of the ladder so to speak , from time to time but I always return to this meditation as it really helps me to quickly relax breathe and get centred again. Right now I do it daily. The other thing I do is listen to Abraham/Esther Hicks. Abraham talks about reaching for the highest thought to feel good as it's our bad thinking that leads us into anxiety and depression. I have found listening to Abraham and practicing taking control of my thinking has changed my life. Sometimes it gets away on me but I can always come to better thinking just listening to some Abraham. You will find plenty to choose from on TH-cam.
i hear ya. every time i fall off the ladder .. i run right back here. I was wondering if it affected others as powerfully as me. It's almost like hypnosis. The effects have been total calm mind and inner spirit. Whenever i need an answer i come to it.
Wowwww wonderful experience...when I started I was in anger mood ...soo pissed off by the people around me but as I kept on listening and meditating I felt something very strange as if the anger going down ans down..... Superb ...gonna continue this 😊
I LOVE this if I miss a day or two my state of mind tends to go back to self pity and resentments..it is scary. I used to meditate with a group until I found out a few things..it was devastating at the time and I put up a wall about meditating and my thinking was self thinking thinking thinking thinking was negative ...so much positivity in this message. I long to not feel anger or resentment and I do see the day when it will come naturally.... ?..
I could feel pure positive energy flowing through every cell. I felt like a diamond radiating pure positive energy and at the end an overwhelming feeling of euphoria.
i love this 20 min meditation. ive been using this specific one for 2 weeks straight and i have to say ive got alot more out of using the same one each time instead of bouncing around like i used to

Was sitting on a swivel chair .During meditation half way, I could deeply feel a lifting and centered detaching .The, chair felt like it slowly went from facing South turning East. When over ,opened My eyes . It was where it always was. Dimensional,almost OBE,

Great, been dealing with a lot of stress and bleeding stomach ulcers, tried every remedy but not much luck am sure this relaxation is just what i need to finally get my life back.
DhyaanGuru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal yeap after years of misery I finally got rid of nasty acid reflux, ulcers and insomnia and this meditation is my favorite thanks a lot. I also told my EX to fuck of that was also one of the best decisions ever 😝😅 
I feel like anti depressants save my life but I think I got to a point where I felt like I could didn't need them anymore and now I go back and forth between 5HTP and samE I know not 100% but at least I can have emotion now.
I wish to comment on this one simply because it is so amazingly and wonderfully relaxing. I listen to it every day, and have been doing so for about a week, and it really helps me to unwind physically and mentally. It is much appreciated. Thank you for this.

I feel like anti depressants save my life but I think I got to a point where I felt like I could didn't need them anymore and now I go back and forth between 5HTP and samE I know not 100% but at least I can have emotion now.
They're a blunt tool. Was on them for a decade and it's why I'm not socialised properly. But, I'm alive.
People aren't depressed because of a lack of chemicals in antidepressants. If they keep one alive, they have some use.

I wish to comment on this one simply because it is so amazingly and wonderfully relaxing. I listen to it every day, and have been doing so for about a week, and it really helps me to unwind physically and mentally. It is much appreciated. Thank you for this.
I use this meditation to introduce my clients, during their stay at inpatient rehab for drug and alcohol abuse, to guided meditation....I also use this one myself!! Thanks Doc!!
