    The silent chanting enabled to gently move the energy between the root - 3rd eye.
    The thoughts were gone, darkness increased until there only one. When it was time to open the eyes, it felt like I was entering the body from top of the head. I repeated the guided method in the morning, at the end, I could hear the birds, the wind & other sound, my head was light my hand & feet warmer & calmness. Indeed profound, no words to describe the experience. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤

      A lot of meditations you can do laying down - this one is recommended to be sitting with your back supported typically.
      Also - it's fairly typical when people lay down they fall asleep.
      Ultimately I like to encourage people to do whatever suits them the best - but, from my understanding - transcendental meditation should be done in an upright seated position.

      I’m so confused , is Vedic Meditation the same as TM ? Both mantra meditation and? Thank you for uploading this .

    • @zentropolis411
      @zentropolis411  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @marywhite2407 hi there! Thanks for commenting ❤️
      Here are some differences between Vedic meditation and Transcendental Meditation (TM):
      Instructor
      Vedic meditation is taught by qualified instructors, while TM is taught by instructors affiliated with the TM organization.
      Course format
      Vedic meditation courses are in-person for all four days, while TM courses are in-person for the first day and can be completed online for the remaining days.
      Mantra
      Both Vedic meditation and TM use a personalized mantra, but TM uses a meaningless sound.
      Origin
      Vedic meditation originated in ancient India, while TM was popularized by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the 1960s and 1970s.
      Name
      TM is a branded form of Vedic meditation. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi changed the name from Deep Meditation to Deep Transcendental Meditation and finally to TM to distinguish it from misunderstandings that had been prevalent for over a thousand years.
      Hope that helps clear up the confusion a little!

    How long to practice to notice results? And what results are after continuous practice?

    • @zentropolis411
      @zentropolis411  5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@TheMzperfect1994 hi there and thanks for your comment! First of all, you should learn TM from a certified TM teacher
      Then, you should practice for 20 minutes, twice a day
      Ideally in the morning before breakfast and in the late afternoon or early evening
      You can typically notice results after 4 days of instruction and practice. The practice involves:
      Sitting comfortably with your eyes closed
      Mentally repeating a word or phrase until you reach a state of inner peace
      Some benefits of TM include:
      Lower blood pressure
      Reduced stress
      Greater clarity in thinking
      More creativity
      Increased resilience to stress
      Lower overall anxiety
      Greater life satisfaction
      You can learn TM through a series of personalized one-on-one sessions with a certified TM instructor. The technique is easy to learn, and individuals of all ages can quickly grasp the fundamentals.
      Good luck!

    Why do you say the mantra silently instead of out loud? I'm not sure why, but I'm having difficulties saying it in my head.

    • @zentropolis411
      @zentropolis411  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@treehuggermc1 hey there and thanks for reaching out!
      In Transcendental Meditation (TM), you silently repeat a mantra in your head to help settle your body and mind into a state of restful alertness:
      The mantra helps you stay focused and prevents your mind from wandering.
      The mantra is a sound that helps your mind settle down.
      You can choose a word or phrase of your own, or learn a Sanskrit sound from a meditation teacher - but always ... find what works for you best:
      So you can repeat the mantra aloud, whisper it, or silently repeat it in your mind. The idea is to quiet the mind and concentrate on focus. If you need to say it out loud - go ahead and do so until you can do it at a whisper. Once you can do it at a whisper - try even harder to keep it silent in your mind.
      It's tough. No one said it was easy for everyone.
      Congratulate yourself for sticking to it.
      Keep practicing. You will eventually get there.
      Good luck at all the best to you until you do.

      Do you sync the mantra with your breathing

    • @zentropolis411
      @zentropolis411  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@twodoorscinemaclub Yes, you can sync your breathing with mantras, but it's not mandatory. Here are some ways to sync your breathing with a mantra:
      Repeat the mantra with each breath
      If your mantra is short, like "om", you can repeat it once while inhaling and once while exhaling. You can also repeat it multiple times while inhaling and exhaling.
      Repeat half the mantra with each breath
      If your mantra is long, you can repeat half of it while inhaling and the other half while exhaling.
      Inhale silently and repeat the mantra while exhaling
      You can inhale without making any sound and then repeat the mantra while exhaling.
      Focus on the mantra without paying attention to your breathing
      Over time, your breathing may naturally synchronize with the mantra.
