Another place a lot of people don't know about is Look Rock. It is close to where I grew up so I went there in all seasons. It's a very easy one mile hike that's paved. Great place to watch the sunrise or sunset!

Glad this video was able to help you! I think the chance of rotting is slim, unless you had a significant water leak right behind the cushions. We are parked under a lean-to for shelter from the rain. And in Tennessee there is high humidity so we run a dehumidifier which I highly recommend!!

@@thesimplesettlers Thank you for your reply. I guess the best way is just to check the cushion regularly. Also I think using untreated wood is best as it absorbs humidity better and I can drill some holes in the wood additionally. Have a great day and nice moments while camping. 😀🙏

Hi, Bonnie! Thank you, I'm so glad our cozy camper inspired you!! Our Zinger came with all dark cabinets and doors, I painted them with Annie Sloan chalk paint and wax. The walls were already lighter, but for the two accent walls I used shiplap wallpaper from Lowes! Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions!

@@bonniehewitt2921 I did not sand the cabinets! I just wiped them down to make sure they were clean. Chalk paint is the only paint I believe that you don't need to sand prior to painting. As long as you use the wax to seal, it holds up well.. BUT I will say it's mainly supposed to be used on wood finishes. RV cabinetry is ALOT different then normal wood cabinetry.. so it is hard to paint without sanding first. I now wish I sanded beforehand because in some areas it's starting to chip. Never had that problem with my old home cabinets with chalk paint. Good luck with your camper!

Yes, they are expensive up front, but you actually save money if you have the habit of buying bottled water. :) It comes out to a couple cents per gallon. The container lasts a life time and the carbon filter inserts last 2-5 years before replacing! Thanks, we love our cozy bedroom!
