    Just watching his videos and listening to his explanations are inspiring. What I would do to work in his realm, trouble is I probably wouldn't cut the mustard. Something to shoot for I guess!!! Chef Grant your the man

    This guy is a genius, amazing drive and vision! He bounced back from cancer to continue this work. Nothing pretentious...I suppose those who think he is are better off making twenty second vids of fallen over bike.... :s

      I can't remember offhand, but he mentioned which one in the Alinea cookbook. Probably a very very advanced one. Alot of the equipment he uses is short of military grade.
