Hi Lee and I struggle like you sometimes with these ever changing eyes. I hope this will help you and that you find your perfect technique that works for you. I would also recommend liquid Eyeshadows. Younique’s liquid shadows will not settle into your creases. It’s smudge proof and water proof, too. There are matte and shimmer colors. I have some tutorials on here using those. The colors Reverent and Giggly are awesome to for a one and done look. I love them. 💜 Thank you for watching!

I am 75 and wasn’t using make up bc the upper lid fold was so that the eye shadow and liner will transferred and smooched all over, but during lockdown I had cosmetic surgery of my upper and lower lids, I still have a fold but more manageable(would have loved not to have a fold at all, but I wouldn’t have look like me)now I can wear make up, so I am watching you to learn how to apply makeup for hooded eyes. Thank for this tutorial, will watch it several times. 👩🏻🦳🥰 I love my silver hair
Unfortunately I share the same folded over upper exaggerated hooded eye. This technique will not work on my eyes. I too will need surgery to remove the excessive skin covering my eyes but I am afraid to one day have the surgery. Wow first I just have to say and I am sure you’ve heard this from everyone all your adult or teen life. You look just like the beautiful actress Heather Locklear, so gorgeous. Secondly, I love Wayne Goss 💕 these are some great tips he has given. I haven’t worn make up in a while now because I have vision problems so I can not see too well not even to pluck my eyebrows. So I don’t wear it and I have bought so many palettes and makeup which I love wearing so much but can’t see too well I have cataracts blocking each pupil partially. 🤨 plus I have to wear glasses so they get in the way of seeing what I would wear and I can’t wear contact lenses because I have astigmatisms so sad 😞 I love make up and I have never gotten the chance to try lashes either because they get in the way of the darn glasses. Great tips from you though. I’m sure many will appreciate them. May I add you are so beautiful even with our makeup. You are a natural beauty, yes you are👍🥰

I recommend clipping your hair when applying. Esp you are emphasizing the eye that the hair hangs over it will stop you from touching it repeatedly. Thanks for showing your brushes. I use elf eye tape strips, cut in half and they really help. I never could hold the napkin correctly. 😝 I have trouble with my blending, it's been hard for me to learn. I'm 46 with really hooded eyes and this technique made a huge difference. Thanks for sharing your look turned out so good. You're pretty as a picture.

I have just cried to your channel I really enjoyed your video. If I may offer my opinion, I would have stopped after the initial Brown shadowing shadowing. Your eyes were smooth and the blue popped because of the Brown. You have beautiful eye color and frankly the red, I feel, clashed and also emphasize lines Lines on the lid that were not there before. I am constantly reassessing my makeup, particularly my eyes, as I'm getting older. I also emphasize the outer corner. It's very very important. I feel that sometimes less is more and when you already hand you already have the beautiful color of eyes color of eyes that you do and they are being brought out so beautifully with the Brown play with the Brown,That the additional color is detrimental to the look the look. That's just my opinion please don't take it the wrong way I say it with all due respect. I think you're extremely beautiful. Thank you love your videos

I feel every face shape and eye shape is different and it’s important to work with what we have and make the best of it. Oh also to use discretion between night light and daytime. Softer/higher end brushes really help with moving skin. Wayne's eyebrushes are great for crepey lids. I loved your take on this youtube classic. (The concealer trick is great. Gonna do that.) I am 51 with hooded crepey eyelids and I've been doing this technique for years. I don't use a kleenex or whatever anymore because I've done it enough that I remember the line.
I have very hooded eyes. I've seen Wayne's video and I use this technique but had sorta gotten this technique. Thank you for reminding me. Especially the inner corner highlight.
Very pretty look. I think if you go a little higher with the dark color towards the outer part of your eye it will push back the skin that’s protruding out .

Did you put any liner on the top of the lid? I am getting older and noticed the way I always did my eyes is needing a change. This was very helpful, thank you!
An easy tool to use is a triangle sponge to hold by eye. Any MAC counter will have them avail to use in sampling, or multis for purchase. Am sure you can find at drugstore too. Great tutorial, thanks! 😊

I think it's amazing for women to embrace their age and still look good, most women have some kind of surgery and to me they don't even look like themselves and it just doesn't look good.
You look really good for your age? I love your technique with the eyeshadow etc. One thing that I noticed is only stick with the Matt eyeshadow because the metallic eyeshadow can show wrinkles. You could try using bright warm matt colours instead of using metallic colour eyeshadow. But you look amazing anyway. Not many women can get away with using the metallic colours. You are very pretty and yes adding makeup properly sends your natural look over the top. We just have to add the makeup Properly. I feel every face shape and eye shape is different and it’s important to work with what we have and make the best of it. Oh also to use discretion between night light and daytime. Softer/higher end brushes really help with moving skin. Wayne's eyebrushes are great for crepey lids. I loved your take on this youtube classic. (The concealer trick is great. Gonna do that.) I am 51 with hooded crepey eyelids and I've been doing this technique for years. I don't use a kleenex or whatever anymore because I've done it enough that I remember the line.

Very pretty look. I think if you go a little higher with the dark color towards the outer part of your eye it will push back the skin that’s protruding out .

An easy tool to use is a triangle sponge to hold by eye. Any MAC counter will have them avail to use in sampling, or multis for purchase. Am sure you can find at drugstore too. Great tutorial, thanks! 😊

You look really good for your age? I love your technique with the eyeshadow etc. One thing that I noticed is only stick with the Matt eyeshadow because the metallic eyeshadow can show wrinkles. You could try using bright warm matt colours instead of using metallic colour eyeshadow. But you look amazing anyway. Not many women can get away with using the metallic colours.
