Hi Rev Bomb, I am considering buy a Lexmoto Tempest for next bike, I previously had a old AJS (2006) model which I brought in 2021, It had some issues with the electronics. I have since been told it was a common occurrence with the older Chinese bikes, I was wondering if this has since improved over the years as the rest of the build quality appears to have. Do you still see any issues with electronics when thinking about a more Budget brand? Thanks keep up the good work.
@@skillfuldabest better bike and a bit cheaper, we have sold quite a few now and no issues on them at present, build quality is slightly more refined and parts are a lot easier to source as well
I'd call the bike joey after joey tempest from the 1980s band Europe. Those of us who are of a certain vintage will remember them. Joey had great hair. 😀
no if you do that it will kill the engine 45mph max first 3 months or 500 miles service then you can go 55 for next 6 months or 3000 miles one you have your second service then you can go full speed trying to go full speed straight away will kill your engine and affect top speed
@@Hard2hit94 on a new bike you need to run the engine in and keep the revs low or you will damage the engine top speed is 65 and make sure you put in e5 not e10 or that will affect top speed as well
Had a 2020 tempest was beautiful and I enjoyed it so much had so much fun on it. But this new paint job is ugly sorry to say. But the 2020 was a beautiful crisp paint job.
That looks a cracking little bike, any idea what the access to the battery is like to fit some Tender leads? Thanks.
right under the seat very easy to fit extra optimiser leads
it's the same as ORCAL NK01 125 only the license plat holder is different

Have a look at the wk scrambler
@@RevBombUKhow does that answer the question on the electrics for the lexmoto tempest? Are you saying the wk scrambler has better electrics?

Can you get bigger/wider foot rest/pegs and do you think this is better or worse than the valiant?
Don't know about pegs but this was the valiants replacement and rides the same
its an awesome bike. Just wish they did it with a larger engine (I guess they had the vendetta but would be great to see with a 450cc or something)
😁👍

Try it for size only way you will know
Like that RB good sturdy lookin 125 that 👍
I call it the baby vendetta
Oh I do like that one. Reminds me of a 70s looking bike come cafe racer.
I love it
@@RevBombUK I've just been looking at the GT one and I actually prefer the standard one. Think it looks better.
What's the fuel mileage? 180?
About 200 a tank
@@RevBombUK excuse me! 200 wow I'm going to have to speak with RightGear Motorcycles and do you know if you can get side racks?
@@SlickMotoMike that's km have a look for racks on cmpo
Has Lexmoto gone bust? I saw a link where they are selling garages and equipment for Lexmoto. Any idea?
Probably spam lexmoto are currently the biggest UK dealer network
Nice bike looks good
Thanks
Will this bike go to top speed even when being run in ?

What's the difference between this and the GT?
Gt exhaust is lower
standard tempest is side mounted exactly same bike though
Cool bike to bob around town with! 🤙🏾
Sure Is
How do you change km/h into mph please
Normally a button on back of clock push and hold
Top speed
65mph
@@RevBombUKI just got the bike and could only get 45 mph out of it. Any idea why that would be?
