    CJ Stander is a South Africa-born rugby union player, who represents Ireland after qualifying through residency. He can play either as a flanker or number 8. He played for Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup between 2010 and 2012 and for the Bulls in Super Rugby in 2012.

    Is he a good player? Sure! Is he absolutely world class? No. Probably wasn't ever gonna play for the boks, not better than any player in the boks world cup winning team, I think it was the best move for all parties that he started playing for Ireland.

    Personally I would prefer for foreign born players to have done something like 8yrs of playing in another country before being accepted, but it still feels cool to watch some of our local lads playing for great European nations home teams.

They ( England) lost to wales on Saturday and was bossed around and owned by Faletau. Eddie Jones is too loyal to players. They should have alex Dombrandt there and simmonds from Exeter atleast. Billy hasn't had a meaningful and memorable test match in long time where he stood out. He is playing on school boy reputation, professionally hasn't done much to be bracketed with the greatest loose forwards the game has seen. He is build like a prop and plays like one. When one thinks of world class number8s, Billy won't be the first player that most people would automatically think of. He is a liability. I'm not an English fan but there are better form players currently in the Gallagher's premiership than vunipola. Zach Meccer isn't bad and could do better than vunipola.
