I can't imagine how Alyssa's sister felt. Imagine being at home, alone, or at some relative's home, finding out your sister AND both your parents died. Along with Kobe Bryant and a few others. What would you even do in that situation? I can't even wrap my head around what this poor girl must be going through.

This is just all around sad and it definitely hit everyone who has a heart. Fan or not. Any decent human being would feel the pain these people are feeling. I cried. I cried every day thinking about those people. As a mother. I sobbed in the shower. I feel for Vanessa. I feel for the Altobelli family and their other two children who now have no parents and their sister. I feel for the husband who loss his wife (the assistant coach) who said, “how am I suppose to take care of 3 kids with no mom?” That hit me 😭😢. I feel for everyone on board. This was a devastating loss. May we be the strength to get these families through this tough time ❤️

I agree, I am not really into basketball or any kind of sport but this really made my heart break into a million pieces. Literally. Every time I see a picture of Kobe with his daughter Gigi, I cry so much. It hurts the most that those young girls that still a bright future ahead of them won't happen. It truly is unfair. But I know the legacy that Kobe left not only with his teammates but everyone he touched the hearts of, will live on forever.
Today taught me that something as simple as you and your family leaving home and returning safe is such an underrated blessing..
