Protect Me Psy Fly! (The Binding of Isaac: Repentance #52)

Psy Fly is very powerful. At item quality rank 4, it is very rare that any player will see Psy Fly during their run, especially because it generally appears in three item pools: the adoption shop (which only spawns with adoption papers), the item room pool, or as a Key Master drop (which, let's face it, almost nobody has that many keys to spare). But when you DO get it, even on Tainted Keeper, you reap the benefits of a true homie - one that would apparently take a bullet for you. Or two. Or ten. In retrospect I should totally have Diplopia'd second shop. Free Ouija, Gilded Key, Mom's Perfume, and Keeper's Box could have been very sick during this run. Need to consider being less stingy with Diplopia.
