Guppy’s collar can come in clutch sometimes, I once had it save me 5 TIMES IN A ROW and I managed to beat mega satan because of it

I once had it on normal lost while doing the greedier boss fight. I think I died 20+ times that run it was insane.
At 1:11 you got the easter egg that replaces the A in the end with an E like in the original version of the game.

That thing you found in the Ultra Secret Room is a pickup from the Epiphany mod, it's one of Tarnished Cain's unlocks
What does it do?

This is what I call an "Epic Gamer Moment" coward.
Mega maw has probably the biggest jump in difficulty between his champion forms: The spider version and to some extend the regular version are extremely easy, meanwhile the red champion version is legit harder than like blue baby
it also deals full heart damage I think
I think the red version is easy, same for the other champion one, i do get skill issued at the normal one tho.

Agreed that Monster Manual is underrated. Had one run with a Tech X Forgotten and Monster Manual gave me Twisted Pair in The Void. Safe to say that the run was won.

When you are about to clear a room, exit and enter the run. This keeps all coins you picked up and respawns enemies.

One time I found a Red Key on the first floor in a Curse Room, and I got 2 special rooms with it, both of which happened to be planetariums. I have never been that lucky in this game before.

Data Miner can be nasty, there is a bug were it gives you a negative integer fire rate when you use it so the game just sets it to 120 instead

ok I'll just say it Money=Power is such a dogshit item it gives like no damage up whatsoever its legit extremly bad unless you have deeper pockets and for keeper its actually sort of bad since you use your money so much sure youre at 99 coins most of the time but like ''wow 0.9 damage sure helped me kill hush mone=power really helped me'' is something no sane isaac player would ever say
Monster Manual is nice but suffers from being unreliable, and in 'bad' pools. If you get it in a library, the chances are there's a better book there (Satanic bibble for example), and if you get it in a devil deal it's not really worth the heart or locking in DD precedent if you're thinking of going angel.
I once got a planetarium in the first room of the first floor and then another planetarium on the second floor. Wish I saved the seed. Here is a God Head and Guppy's Head start instead: SX3CWAE3

First one was on floor one and the second one was on floor two. I have the seed too if anyone wants it, however do note that my save file is incomplete, so maybe that’ll affect it?

Monster manual is good , but it’s outclassed by a lot of items , and the cooldown is maybe a tad too long .

It's true that now in repentance you must have the donation machine (dm) in the range of each respective level if you want the shop uprade?
I mean Lvl 1: 20 coins in dm
Lvl 2: 100 coins in dm
Lvl 3: 200 coins in dm
Lvl 4: 600 coins in dm
so if I want my shop in lvl 4 I must be at range of +600 coins
cuz that could explain why my shops are so awful

The thing in the ultra secret room you found was called a multi tool, if you hold your drop button it opens doors and chests for free (also gives you 1 extra key)

A novice player here with some questions,
1. What is stop watch and why is it so good?
2. How do you unlock telescope lens (trinket for another planetarium)?
stop watch slows down enemies to 80% of their regular speed and can stack with the slow effect, going down to 41%
telescope lens is automatically unlocked when you get planetariums, being acquiring three stars related items in a single run.
