For those who don't know, there is a mod called "Mars trigger" that allows dashing by pressing separate button like Left Stick. With it Mars becomes very good.
The floating spike head guys have a set tear detonation. It's always left, right, then diagonal in all directions. It's safe to kill them from above or below with a melee weapon

Nyantuber’s videos usually come out really early in the morning in my time zone, which makes for a great alarm to know I have to wake up and watch his Isaac plays while getting ready for the day :)

I know that it's late but items don't stop showing if you see them (well, don't see them with blind) - their weight decreases and you have lower chance of finding them again but it's still possibe. They disappear from the pool only if you pick them.

I'm pretty damn sure items being in the same rooms as you does not remove them from the pool, picking them up does. This is why you may see some people touching every active even if they don't keep it
This is semi true, when seen, it reduces the chance of seeing it again by a certain amount, at most 50%, 40% or at least 10%, depending on where this item was seen. Except shops, seeing an item in shops remove it from the pool. Glitched crown depletes the pool x5 faster because going into a shop basically decimates the shop pool, and soon after, the treasure room pool, which is already getting depleted from the boss items being depleted and treasure rooms being depleted.
It depend on the item isn’t it? If I remember correctly there’s a mechanic where item has certain weight(I just call it weight). 1 weight item will disappear after seeing it once (don’t know if this is true tho)
