The German Biermädchen was incredibly jumpy, making mistakes very unforgiving or gameplay unpredictable - she can literally jump over the huge barrel stacks and be right on top of you (especially if you missed one jump or still climbing something). The Dutchwoman was equally fast and jumpy, but my only saving grace was the flat landscape - hopping over barges and bridges was much easier than navigating barrels and kegs.
