Determined to help her community and her own father, she embarked on a mission to create a unique resort experience while simultaneously providing employment to those in need.
Originally envisioned as a family vacation spot, Balay ng Itay Resort blossomed into a project that not only showcased the beauty of Filipino architecture but also became a beacon of hope and resilience. With the assistance of skilled craftsmen, two 30 sqm houses and two 60 sqm houses were meticulously constructed using modern prefab techniques, blending contemporary design with traditional Filipino elements.

I appreciate the space-concious design of this house. Despite having so little room to work with, you can find just about every need and simple amenity covered here, all for half the price of installing them in a standard size house. I think the limits lead to more innovation and creativity required from the engineers. The price alone completely justifies this house.

Meaning of prefab (prefabricated) . Manufactured sections (like walls) assembled in place. So that's not prefab because it's constructed in place.
all prefabs are assembled in place.... all prefab means is all the peices were built offsite
