Wow! This is what I need a vacation house in Baler, Aurora. Since we visit our place only once or twice in a year, I want a low cost house to stay while my children enjoy surfing and the fresh buko. But where do I get these prefab materials, sige sa google na yan.... and maybe find a construction group knowledgeable of to do the prefab installation. Thanks for the idea.

Not sure if suitable talaga ang prefab houses sa Pinas since bagyuhin tayo esp during Ber months. Concerned ako sa mga leaks, ditches at rusts.
Can it withstand typhoon of up to 200 kms./hr? I am also interested to have one.

About the walls you mentioned it is made of metal in between there is insulation. Mainit po ba sa loob ng house all day?
Dahil sa insulation, hindi naman po (kahit tunrned off ang exhaust). Ito rin po ginagamit madalas sa mga prefab na hospitals.

Lovely! Ano ang max temp sa loob ng house pag tag-init? I fear na ang insulation won't be enough to absorb the radiant heat dahil puro metal ang materials. Pag malakas ang ulan, di ba maingay ang patak dahil sa tunog ng metal? I'm interested kaya ako nagtatanong kaya sana masagot mo ang mga katanungan ko. Maraming salamat!

Well maybe not tiny home living, except here in the Philippines where families and extended families cause the term "tiny" to expand. Enjoyed the repurposing of furniture into the somewhat minamillistic decor.

nice & practical... ang ayaw ko lang yung design ng banyo.. nasa unahan yung shower.. I dont like bathrooms na walang partition ang shower at wala man lang at least shower curtain.. basam-basa nyan ang buong bathroom floor.. Magsisipilyo ka lang, hndi maliligo, pero yung kinatatayuan mo, basam basa..

I think the 800k doesnt include the labor cost and insulation. I think the price of 1 van costs around 150k or more depends sa thickness ng van.
