An extraordinary man who suffered one of the greatest injustices. Not only did they take away his freedom, but he was also labeled a rapist, as well as having placed him under a system of control that could destroy him more than prison. I'm writing from Italy, I spent 4 years in prison, 3 in the care of social services, and 2 where every day at the same time I had to go to the state police to sign. I was 22 at my arrest but I was guilty sepourev the sentence of disproportionate. I was put in isolation for 30 days without being able to know or see anyone. The prosecutor infamously pressured me to do what he says names of others, going so far as to put my mother under investigation for aiding and abetting. No one forces me to traffic drugs so I replied that she could put me back in cell. But I can't either imagine what someone as innocent as Brian might feel. Even though years have passed, I would like to say that his story, also thanks to Netflix, is and will be an example to young people. who like me believe they do that one is someone in criminal worlds and environments. Always fight, be stronger and the strongest are those who have an honest life. I admire you Brian Banks you are a great man. . Maxi .
They didn't even use the dna because the case never went to trial. He took the plea. The defense attorney pretty much told him he had 10 minutes to decide when he was 17. He would have faced an all white jury ,and they would automatically look at him and see a 6'2 200+ black male. You know how they view big black males, especially in sexual assault cases
i am glad he is free and all ,but what happens to the woman and the real reason why? this is f..k up cuz is the same thing that happened to 0one of the greatest singer ,and they never talk about the woman ,this is sick

BRIAN, KICK HER TO THE CURB BECAUSE YOU WAS SERVED WITH A SENTENCE IN WHICH YOU CAN'T GET BACK THOSE LOST YEARS.
He handled it smart and he was nice to her so he could get his name cleared.

Aldis is a very underrated actor, he performed this role very well
His goodness is his vulnerability. He shouldn't learn the same lessons twice. The world is an evil place, men should watch themselves.
Brian Banks amazing man
what happened to HER???
