Also for those who comment saying belts weren’t changed etc, this car is as fully done, belts, pulleys turbo, water pump aux belts. The lot. Watch the full series of videos. This is heartbreaking for the autosportivo guys and John
You guys done a cracking job and you should be proud. It's a shame it ended the way it did but that idiot was disrespectful to John's ride. Truly moronic behaviour. Hopefully it'll be sorted out and John will get to enjoy the car. Well done guys! 😊👍

Feel so bad for you guys after putting so much time, care and effort into this incredibly kind gesture, I really hope that Johns “mate” repairs the car and that John finally gets to enjoy the fruit of your efforts Much love guys 😎
Great video again guys, been looking forward to seeing it for weeks 🙈 very hard watch at the end, gutted for you all after all the time and effort you put into it, could see how gutted you were for John, the coop didn’t let anyone down …hope she rises again, cheers Kevin (le69)
I admire you guys for doing a wonderful thing, then for some twat to completely thrash the life out of the car, I'm so sorry for this. I'm Irish myself and I got warning bells as soon as the guy started talking. Fair play to you Antony for challenging him.
This was really hard to watch. I feel really bad for you guy's. Ant is such a chill person but you can tell his really pissed. Btw i have a 20vt coupe myself, with a 5 year old timing beld. This made me kind a nervous
I was still watching the vid when i posted the last comment but damn......after all that work and costs this beauty gets an abrupt end. I felt your anger and still you were nice to the guy. Respect. At least you guys have proven that your capable of rescuing a Coupe that as destined for the scrapyard. Any new cars for the channel soon? 👍😎
@@autosportivobedford , Ow Alfa 156! You need to do a 2.4 Stilo Abarth also. I keep spamming otherwise i drive one myself from Holland to Bedford haha. Keep it up legends.
Sad to see how this video ended. The way John's mate ragged it off the junction in 1st, no respect whatsoever. Who needs a friend like that. You guys did a fantastic job resurrecting the coop and the whole series has been a joy to watch. You all went above and beyond. Let his mate, if you could even call him that, fix it.
Great video! I laughed soo hard during the JP and James house tour. Sad end for the video. That was no way to treat someone else's car, you could hear it on the video. The worst is his mate ruined John's first drive. Auto Sportivo did everything right and is giving more to get it fixed again even tho it isn't their fault.
Shocking outcome, but your behaviour Ants is truly Italian: generous, so good willing and sadly you were victim of it here. Hat off to the team though, the chaps are just top class!
I wonder if the timing belt cover on the bottom did not cover completely, like if it was missing some bolts or something, seems most likely that rocks got into the timing belt and that is why it broke, I also saw in the previous videos how the guiding cast around the crankshaft sprocket was broken, most likely completely unrelated, but is a small example of how that belt could be exposed to the elements and that is not great. Now, that was not a great way to treat a friends car either, but I can't expect much from a BMW driver.
Gutted for you after all that hard work, such a lovely coop only to be driven disrespectfully 😬 Don't let it get you down and keep up the good work, love watching your content👍

Ay Caramba! A sad ending to a very enjoyable road trip with four very likeable lads. Do hope it will eventually have a happy ending with the new cylinder head...
