Adriano is more than capable opponent. He was controlling the 2nd fight too and did major damage to to DJ in the first 2.5 rounds. His only error, gassing out which gave DJ everything he needed to put a finish together. Trilogy fight gonna be great.

@@wrldw4r it was a combination of both. You can see him wearing down in his stamina while DJ was conserving his energy and still looked fresh into rd for by comparison. Cause heading into the last rd Moraes was still ahead in damage and control time.

@@kaliduncanel3356 basically you do everything you would've done originally, except no sauna and no water loading. In order to make this work, One elevated all weight classes more so flyweight is 135, bw is 145, middleweight is 205, etc. And no, there's a hydration test they do before where you pee in cup. If you don't pass, you're dehydrated. Goal is to drink enough water to stay above that level and you're good.
