I've been (unintentionally) waiting so long for something like this. I very much look forward to future updates, which promises to allow vast oceanscapes without any tiling.
Introducing Custom Lazy Materials, Custom lazy materials is an addon that contain 330+ procedural materials that are fully customizable and 100+ PBR materials and 14 geometry nodes and 40+ 2d people pose images, there is also a new feature that makes you append all materials from your blend files with few clicks.
It would be really great if they had implemented the realtime object interaction early . I am tired of looking for a good ship wake workflow that dosent bake my laptop .
Could you PLEASE help me, how can I bake it? Animated properties like wave height doesn't work when I'm rendering the animation. The Ocean stays in the state that was at the moment of render start. And it don't change during the whole rendering.
The one issue I have with this addon is that the water shader doesn't look that great when on close to mid-range but I think this is a Blender limitation.
Not sure about this one, what you show have so much of tiling showing on the wave patterns, in a way that isn´t normally shown in nature. Perhaps it´s just not optimized in your settings ..and can be altered to be more none tiling? Eevee is of little interest to me since I would need to render VDB clouds properly, and eevee isn´t ideal for that, so How is this addon working with cycles?

Excellent Addon, many thanks!!

looks better the ocean in your enviroments course
How to remove black horizon behind the ocean mesh?

It will be implemented soon, I hear...

How to animate ships in it??
Sick!

I believe the author plans to improve the shader in later versions :)
Hey @silentout can you please share the addon with me
@@trollhub4679 you have to buy it

I'd like same thing for Unreal.

The tiling will be much improved in newer versions and Cycles render looks even better :)

Thanks for the info, will keep an eye on it.
Nowhere near to something like Phoenix FD let alone Houdini. Nice and cheap for distant out of focus ocean, but for anything closer…. no thanks
Ah yes, because expecting a 50$ addon to compete with Houdini is a totally realistic expectation.
You absolute buffoon
Obviously... Completely different usecases
can`t see realistic result. only patterns
Can I please get in contact with you on discord and potentially help me make a greek shield? Its almost impossible with your 5 year old tutorial.
Hello, send me a message at martin@heroesofbronze.com and I'll try to help :-)

Really cheap and unrealistic compared to PhoenixFD or Houdini...
I mean you're comparing a 30-50bucks fake ocean surface add-on VS 3000bucks a year software that does fluid sim the best lol...
@@yasunakaikumi who will pay 50€ for an awfull fake result ? Oh...you ! Xd....
