    My fiancé took his life four months ago after he was struggling with his mental health and his drug addiction. He didn’t want to go to rehab because he said that It didn’t work. He had no family friends or anybody only me and he needed more then that. I will always blame myself for what happened to him. I just feel like I could have done more to save him. I saved him with his first attempt but his second one I couldn’t save him.

    • @yvonnerahui8729

      You couldnt stop him..he was determined to ease his restlessness of soul..however..without the Jesus Christ as our Saviour & Lord then even in eternity there will be no rest.
      Are you going to let this determine your life ahead..do you want to carry the blame or would you like to gine it all to Jesus..Matthew 11:28.
      I speak as one who knows..my youngest sister after years of several attempts finally after not getting off medications succumbed tragically at her own hands then 8 years later my dad with COPD jumped off a wharf early hours of a bleak n morning.
      It wasnt my fault even though theyd both talked of it. I know that & i dont want you wasting your energy on lying torments..thats the way of the devil..he wants to keep us bound. Go enjoy life..have coffees..find Jesus through this time.
      Read please: John 1:1-15; Colossians 1:12-18 & Genesis 1 & 2. Jesus Christ is Lord & God. Cry out to Him..look what He did for us on the cross!
      'For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life '. John 3:16

      Sweetie, please don’t blame yourself. I know it’s easier said than done. I know this because the same thing happened to me back in 2008. My fiancé killed himself as well. It’s not your fault. What I learned through counseling is, weather it was now, five months from now, five years from now, they still would have done this. You WILL get through this. It might not seem like it right now, but you will. I remember sitting on my grandmas couch that night when the chaplain came to see me and I said “my life will never be the same, I will never be happy again”. And yes, your life will never be the same, but you WILL be happy again and there will come a time where you notice you didn’t think about it all day, and then a few days go by and then all the sudden you’re living your life. And this isn’t because you forgot about him. Here I am now, 15 years later. I just met the nicest man I’ve ever known, I’m happier than ever. I’m just telling you this because I know how you feel right now. And even these words won’t help much, but I hope they give you some hope for the future. Because I was excatky where you are 15 years ago, and here I am. I will keep you in my thoughts. It will be ok, I promise. Hugs!!

      I do not believe a person committing suicide causes him/her to go to hell. According to God’s Word, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that Jesus was raised from the dead, you will be saved. And if a person confesses and believes, it is not negated when a person takes his/her life. Of course, it is not Gods will that a person commit suicide, God does have a path of healing for each person.

    • @Sept2cfm1953
      @Sept2cfm1953 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think it has something to do with, you can't ask for forgiveness since you died, but that doesn’t make sense because we all have sin every day, but that doesn’t keep us from heaven. No sin is worse than another.
      My father committed suicide and it was said if he was in his right mind, he's in hell. Who is in their right mind when they commit suicide?
      Also, only God knows the condition of ones heart, and it's also said the first will be last the last will be first.

      Hope you're up and enjoying life now..your mum would be so sorry & regret what she did to you..I know. She was so young still & didn't know what she was doing!
      LikecJesus said of the new at the cross treating Him bad still..'Father, forgive them, they know NOT what they do'. That's why we can forgive too..they really don't.

    Thank you for sharing your story. When I first heard your testimony on different video I couldn't believe it, as I took care of a 25 yr old girl in 2005 who lost her legs via train. She was schizophrenic and a chronic meth user, so her recovery and outcome was different than yours. I never saw her cry or even acknowledge what happened. When she got her prosthetics it didn't seem to phase her at all - it was so weird. I lost track of her after a few years, but she was in and out of jail so I'd see her mugshots every so often. I still think of her and wish I knew where she was and how she's doing. In a cruel twist of fate, only 8 yrs. later my own daughter developed schizophrenia. I worry about her constantly. Schizophrenia is devastating; and depression is ever-present. Then my sister killed herself in 2015. Mental illness is a beast. God clearly spared your life so you can offer hope to those who suffer. Your story is amazing and I'm so thankful you survived. xo

    This is a mental disease. Animal hoarding doesn’t ever stop. Those poor animals. Many of reptiles appeared to have a life threatening calcium deficiency. The poor goat needed his horns needed cut way way down as well as it’s feet trimmed. That’s why he acted that way. He was so so confused and scared. I hope he got a sanctuary with grass. He should have a life time ban of owning animals.
    I too have been abused my entire life so I understand how these animals feel. They don’t know what they did wrong. Neither do I for that fact.

      I’d like to know what makes someone hoard animals. I know a woman who’s Mother left her and her siblings at a young age, she has 5 dogs and two cats in an apartment. She is an RN nurse and she and her husband now have a two year old and it’s so chaotic. When they come over they bring all the dogs and I try and be understanding but sometimes it’s overwhelming. When you say animal hoarding I wonder if they fall under that.

    • @mamatica7
      @mamatica7 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Yes, it is His choice. He gives some people 3 seconds to live, others hundreds of years. I remember from the Bible when one gathered so much harvest that there was no place to put it and he thought that it was done, now he will live only to enjoy life, and God tells him that he is a naive person because that night he will demand his soul, and others will eat its harvest.
      Crime is not God's choice, but when he gives life to the one who is going to be killed, he knows that he will be killed. Should he stop giving him life because he will be killed? Should he stop giving life to the criminal? Wouldn't this mean that our existence would be conditioned by whether or not we do what He wants?
      There is another case in the Bible where God tells a king not to go to war because he will be killed, but he still goes and is killed. Not the choice of God, but the choice of the king to ignore God.

    Gosh..it clearly was an angel of the Lord holding you down under the train.
    And..that lady was correct wasn't she..without Christ as Saviour and Lord we will be lost eternally. So..praise God..He saved you to know the truth!
    You might have been more angry at yourself..& as you say..no fellowship, no word going into you to renew your mind stunts our growth.
    So glad to hear of your intimacy now with Jesus..& yes..b4 you even said it..it came to me that the depression was yr thorn to keep you bound to Jesus.

    The Bible was written by people that drank out of the same river they shit in it must be true 😂

      I have bad news, you drink from the same water you shit in. It is filtered, but it is practically the same.
      Plus, at least they knew which were women and which were men. Men were not asked by doctors if they were pregnant. They did not speak of themselves in the plural. they did not marry animals or trees. They did not claim to be animals. I don't know what we drink, but surely our water is more contaminated than that of those who wrote the Bible.

    I do NOT believe that folks who commit suicide go to hell. I believe God created us with our emotions, physical, mental and spiritual. Any one of us can be sick in our physical, mental spiritual. A person who ends their life, is sick spiritually and emotionally. God knows our hearts. Please … anyone who reads this.. give your heart to God. Ask forgiveness. And know that God loves you. Once we accept Him as our Savior and Father then we belong to Him.
    PS. With God, good can from bad!
