Exactly. People that deny OSAS literally do not believe on Jesus and therefore do not believe the Gospel. Excellent video!! Your videos contending for the faith are wonderful and encouraging! God bless you!!
Who are those who are guilty revelation 22:18-19? Im afraid to reae revelation because of the warnjng passage. I don't want to add and i don't want to remove from revelation. I am a believer in jesus Christ and I confess Jesus is the son of God. I homologeo. Pleese help me understand. My mind wanders alot when i read and i read revelation and it wanders. I do suffer from religous OCD. Better known as scrupulous. Pleese keep me your prayers. I pray God remove this fear i have.
@@jesuswithoutreligion even though it's specific to the book of revelation? The warning passage I mean. I would never ever want to add or anything from the book of revolution. I believe in Jesus and my faith is in him and him alone. He died for my sins on the cross(past present and future) he was buried and he rose again on the 3rd day. I believe the gospel and i know I'm saved because I believe in Jesus Christ alone to save me. Faith alone.
@@MetanoiaAndBelieve Of course, we would never want to add or remove anything from any of the books. But this book is highlighting the identity of Jesus. Just look at the chapter you’re reading right now. Verse 1 talks about the water of life and the Lamb. Jesus. Verse 2 talks about the tree of life and healing nations. Jesus Verse 3 talks about no more curses, and the Lamb being there. Jesus. Verse 4 says we will see his face. Jesus Notice in verse eight John is telling us this was a revelation that he had. So if this is John, what was his message? It was the gospel and the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 he said he’s coming quickly and he’s bringing the reward with him. Jesus. What is the reward? [Colossians 3:24] Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward Verse 13 Jesus is literally stating that he is God. I also want to be clear. This passage that you’re worried about in verse 18-19 is not addressing people who mistakenly misunderstand. It is addressing people who intentionally present a gospel that they know is not true, and that would be a gospel of us, pushing salvation aside from Jesus.
@@jesuswithoutreligion oh okay. Thank you for the response. One last question I have because I really want to understand because I don't want a gossip at all about anyone. Biblically speaking, what is a gossip according to the bible? Ideal a lot with false teachers and false gospels and a lot of false people in general really and I've recently been born again and saved this year. And I stopped going to church because of a lot of systematic doctrine. And I am strictly faith alone. And so what I've been doing is exposing all of the false teachings and false doctrines. Basically defending the faith. In my area where I live locally I'm surrounded by nothing but Catholics and charismatics. There's a small sect of Baptists maybe one or two Methodist churches but it's primarily Catholics and charismatics. Also probably "progressive" Christians. Any help would be great thanks. I've tried to address the tithe issue at one of the churches I was at before I stopped to going there specifically. I did things best I could biblically. Went to the pastor directly with scripture that wasn't good enough. Nobody else would go with me to the pastor to address this. And so I've been basically sharing the truth on the whole matter of tithing and how it's not for today on Facebook and other means. I want to bear in mind also that this church that I left was a IFB church. Which apparently them churches have issues which was news to me. I'm just a Christian that loves Jesus and I'm saved and born again. Saved by grace through faith alone without works. I believe what the Bible says. Once saved always saved. I just know Jesus and him crucified and that's it.
@@MetanoiaAndBelieve Happy to address your questions. But I want to start or something a little different, and he might be expecting.. If you trust in Jesus, then the Scriptures tell us that your sins of been taken away. They are remember no more. We’re told there is no condemnation for those in Christ. You were told we have eternal life, which means without an end. So you can’t mess it up because you do something stupid. I just don’t want to see people reading this and walking around because they’re getting messages from these very misinformed preachers who do not understand the gospel.. Whosoever calls on the Lord WILL have eternal life, and he will NOT perish. The one who believes is NOT judged. Reading your comment, it seems like already aware of this, and have your eyes open to the truth of the gospel. That doesn’t mean I’m saying we should go out in gossip, lie, cheat, and steal. I’m not even remotely suggesting that. But I am saying, if you are a Christian, we don't need to fear spiritual consequences of gossip. And again, that's not a license to sin, if anything, knowing that we've been fully justified, that's the perfect reason to avoid sinning. I think we can get the clear definition of gossip from Proverbs which suggests it’s when we’re telling lies about other people or spreading private information that we shouldn’t be. *One who goes about as a slanderer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with a gossip.* - Proverbs 20:19 Again, let’s NOT gossip. We are not made for that type of life. But, if we do gossip what would be call it? We’d call it a sin. What did Jesus do about our gossip/sin? He Took it away, and put it on his own back and made the full payment. And as 1 Corinthians 1:8 tells us, because Jesus did that, even if we do gossip, we will still be presented as blameless on judgment day. On the Tithing issue - good luck there. Unfortunately, most churches hold on to that like it’s their life. They feel like there’s no way to church to survive if they don’t demand 10% from people. All I can say is just share your message in love, and if they want to keep giving 10%, let them do it. Hopefully along the way a few people up and they learn to give from the heart.
I trust in you Jesus christ amen

God bless you, brother! Saved people want to obey God, however imperfectly, out of love, not out of fear we'll be kicked out of heaven if we don’t.
