He’s got one of the highest energy resistances in the game (almost double havok’s), he applies a passive stun when stun is purified, he punishes defenders for purifying debuffs, he’s got regen, he can remove bleed debuffs from himself, applied incinerate debuffs, he keeps power between battles, and then his damage is just insane. He’s got plenty of offensive utility.

​​@@Bear_Duckdude that's not the best utilities....even you know and some of them are defensive utilities...can he power control,can he nullify buffa,can he decrease ability accuracy,can he prevent regen,does he have any immunity (not pseudo),can he prevent unstoppable,can he purify,can he counter evade,can he counter miss,etc.even the damage is not guaranteed he relies on crits...passive stun good but can't deny he lacks utility
