The workshop 12 dash plastics are 100% worth the effort. I would really recommend getting a proper amplifier because the BOSS CE102 100 Watt 2 channel Amplifier that Workshop 12 recommends is really not powerful enough to push the stock speakers. If you want to keep it cheap and have good results, get something like the Taramps 440x4 4 channel amplifier. I've had these plastics for years and I have no regrets.

If you wire your 350z factory speakers (minus the subwoofer), you will be disappointed in both max volume level and sound quality. All you really need is the plastics. Taramps has been making some really good budget amplifiers that actually perform as listed on the specs sheets. I wanted this to work on my car, so I actually took the time to run new wiring to each of the speakers, I bought a taramps 440x4 to run the door and rear 6.5 inch speakers and tweeters, and I bought a taramps bass 400 to run a 10 inch kicker sub. works like a champ. You will also need a ground loop isolator.
Essentially the only thing that was wired was the charger hub/box for the tablet, and it was connected to the harness for the radio. Radio was plug and play with a wire from Amazon and tucked behind the tablet.
some headphones have pause, play, volume up and volume down controls on the headphone cord. If you are handy, you can tap those controls and route them through the clock spring and have steering wheel controls that look OEM. That's what I did. I take no responsibility if you damage your car.

I didn't buy the electronics kit that the company sells, so I had the previous single din radio tucked behind the tablet. I had to wire that and then the hub that the company sells to charge the tablet and control the communication between the tablet and the carplay adapter.

I got an open box one on eBay for like $130-140, just make sure it says Galaxy Tab A (2019) and 10.1 in the title. It should also have a picture of the tablet with like a pink/blue/green background.
This would have been great with a complete step by step tutorial for us dummies.

I bought the hub they sell so the carplay dongle isn't constantly drawing power from the tablet, but I tucked my single din radio behind the tablet.
So I have the same product but what did you bought so it can look like apple?
I used a carlinkit dongle that plugs in and puts Apple CarPlay on the tablet (from Amazon). I posted the link in another comment. 👍🏼
