I have certificate of parent taught and I already have permit. What should I do next to get the driver license do I need to still take the 6 hours course?
I already bought the Parent Taught Ed, but I'm about to turn 18 this October. I was wondering if I could just buy the Adult Drivers Ed when I turn 18 for a faster process so I won't have to wait 6 months. I need answers loll

For the people who is curious, when you 18 and never taken a permit before or don’t have one . You can still take the driver license without a permit and you be good to go make sure bring a ID card like school ID cause they going to ask you for it .

I signed up for instructor taught drivers ed and I thought after I take the course I would get the completion certificate but I got to the very last assessment and it wouldn’t even let me start the assessment over verification. Please help
I think you can only LOG 2 hours a day (1 driving, 1 study). You can drive for as long as you want, but only 1 hour of it counts. At least that's how I see it.
So, I accidently did level 1 all in one day. I only realized you can do up to 2 hours per day after I completed it. Not going to lie, im devastated about this. Will I have to refund everything and do the course again?

um so like I had a question , what if you are coming from another country , you already have your license and driving experience from another country (my home country) , do I still need to do all of this , (ps. got my license earlier this year from Africa.)
You can go to your local DPS/DMV office and ask about it. I know if you had a Canadian License they will just print you a new US license. Not sure if they will accept your African License.

Your able to go and take the drivers test. Just bring your military ID, and possibly a few different papers. Call up your local DPS / DMV office and ask them about it

You take the course and after a time taking the classes they give you a permit and at the end of the course and the tests at the dps center they will give your officially driver license. Thats what i know

I got my license with the help of aceable!!! I started in January 2020, got my permit July 2020 and I got my license today!!!(March 2021)
