i can't remember all the vegetable names but I will try to remember some such as "carrot " , "potato = man fa rang" , "sweet potato = man waan" , "mushroom = het" , "tomato = ma keuat tat" ( I eat tomato sauce sometimes .... baang krang pom ja gin sot ma keut tat kup" :)
I didn't see one of my favorites, tuua fak yaao (long bean)

You can say "man farang muang", but in spoken Thai we like to use short terms, so Thai people only call it "man muang" :)

It's "nam mun hoi" Don't forget the word "mun" in the middle because it will change the meaning a lot.
For the meaning of the word without "mun", You may have to ask from KruMod yourself, LOL..
